I've stayed here twice now both times for over a week and I was very happy. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms appear a little dated but the shower is lovely and hot.
Most rooms open to a lovely garden and pool.
The location if fantastic, close to everything you could possibly need! And being next door to the pub is an added bonus for a casual dinner.
The staff at heritage were great, always cheerful , polite and helpful.
100% would recommend and definitely will stay again.

At first glance the room was nice, but everything everywhere in this place smells like cigarette smoke, incuding the linens.
There was a really loud fight in the hallway, pretty sure it was the employees kid (adult), he starting calling for his mummy, who then just added to the chaos.
When we checked in there 2 blokes at the entrance that were trying to be intimidating, or at least seemed to be up to no good.
Over all the management is running this place into the ground. Stay away if you can help it. Also, there is no wi-fi and cell signal sucks.

I rang and booked a ground level room and mentioned I was disabled 3 at the beginning of January for the 31st. I am a regular visitor and staff know me. I arrived on the 31 to be told I had been moved to an upstairs room that I am unable to access, after travelling 2 hours to be told there was nothing ground floor available I had no choice but to travel 2 hours home and miss my best friends 68th celebrations. I will never return

It was great ideal area for us. But there wasn't a microwave in room 21 other rooms we have stayed in did have one.

I found the young male who claimed to be the owner quite rude, and quite frankly aggressive. After an altercation where he asked me to leave he proceeded to come at me with a clenched fist. We had payed for 2 nights and was asked to leave after 1. We had nowhere to house our dog for the night so we thought it wouldn't hurt. She is very well trained neatly groomed and quiet. They claim that it is within there rights to keep our remaining money as per the company policy. I have asked for a copy of this policy. But as expected haven't received anything.
These people are shallow to the core as after coming at me aggressively they called the police. The female owner? agreed to refund 100 dollars to us but once she was in the company of the police refused like the coward she is. In my opinion they are not hospitable at all. And once a little pressure is applied they crumble.
Not to be trusted. They are shonky operators.
There are cheaper, more comfortable places in Armadale.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and found the staff very friendly and accommodating. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute and the blonde girl in reception was able to arrange it so I didn't need to move to a different room. She was very busy at the time but still made each person who entered in the office know that she would be with them as soon as possible. I definitely would recommend staying here. I noticed lots of negative comments recently but none of them reflect my experience. The room was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience.

Do NOT stay - bed was full of sand and dead bugs, sheets clearly not changed from the previous occupants. Shower & toilet had pubes everywhere, rubbish on floors. I rang the motel and was told a manager would get back to me, it’s been over a week now and heard nothing. Even for a 2-3 star motel the basic cleanliness should still be there. For $150 it was a total ripoff and they can’t even get back to me.
