Steve and Liz have made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. We absolutely loved our time at Lazy River. Those moments—when we woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, when we stepped outside at night and saw the Milky Way, when we tasted their delicious dinners, and when we sat outside enjoying breakfast—were definitely the highlights of our stay and left us with wonderful memories. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Lazy River Bed and Breakfast. The room and furnishings were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of lovely little touches like a bottle of bubbly in the fridge and delicious homemade snacks and cakes.
The grounds are lovely. We didn’t have time to do any of the provided activities (such as kayaking and tennis) but we walked down to the river and sat on the private jetty and enjoyed watching all the birdlife. Liz and Steve were great hosts. The included breakfast was delicious and we did not need lunch! We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious break.

This will be a night we will remember and we intend on staying here again soon in the future! Hubby and I were spoilt with high quality restaurant food (made by the owner,) with our preferences in mind tailored to our liking and such lovely service from the owners.

Such a wonderful two nights spent at Lazy River B&B. Steve and Liz know how to make your stay special and memorable. Their attention to detail in the breakfast hamper is second to none, and personal touches like their turn-down service and chocolates by the bed set them apart. We had an incredible dinner, which was cooked by Steve and delivered by golf buggy. So special! The cabin itself is quiet and made us feel like we were in the country. Loved the amazing cacophony of bird songs in the morning - bliss! We also enjoyed kayaking, playing tennis, picking lemons, and visiting the horses next door. Came back to the city relaxed and refreshed!

I booked this place for a luxury night away for my partner and I, and it was superb! We opted in for a three-course dinner cooked by Steve, the owner and it was absolutely 5 star. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and the spa bath was the cherry on top. It rained whilst we were there (end of May) but we didn't even need to leave our room. A beautiful gourmet european style breakfast was supplied which we enjoyed at our leisure in the morning. The owners Liz and Steve were super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone needing a little break not far from Perth, but with gorgeous paddock views and very private. Gem of Pinjarra.

The hosts Steve and Liz are delightful, as is the place itself. Steve and Liz are knowledgable, courteous and helpful, and the accommodation is fabulous with spacious rooms and facilities. Steve serves excellent food and there is nothing not to like here - except, perhaps, the cheeky possum which arrived at our candle-lit dinner on our balcony, intent on stealing our food! Never mind.

This is a great place to spend even a short time unwinding; away from the madding crowd but still quite close to Perth. Excellent!

So nice meeting you and you really go out of your way to treat and please your guests.
Steve and Liz Thank you ! for a wonderful stay in your immaculately clean, personable, stylish and well equipped wooden cabins. Excellent linen and a comfortable big
spa bath and shower. We really relaxed and had some good quality sleep and homemade food. The quiches and spiced pears was a treat and so very nice of you !
Saturday's three course optional dinner cooked by Steve [owner] and served in style on our patio with sunset was absolutely delicious and romantic.
Made for a perfect weekend and so very hospitable with the African feel....A Little hidden gem.
The horse-riding close by, was so lovely and so much to do in the Pinjarra and Dwelling up area.
