Cannot beat the price for its location. It's just walking distance to Mandurah Terrace, where there are lots of restaurants, parks and events.

It's good enough for a 1-2 nights stay where you can sleep in after wandering about.

While it's a 3-star hotel/motel, I think this place can do with a little more upgrade to their furnitures like the bed, chairs and the fridge. We noticed the fridge leaking air which could cost more in electricity. The bed is not in the best condition so if you have sensitive back, this might not be for you.

The sink also in the bathroom, too small to do anything aside from wash hands maybe. Aside from that and water will be all over the floor. I hope they can get a bigger one as there's enough space. However the bathroom itself is clean and we appreciated that.

The curtain also didn't cover the whole window properly; if someone thinks about it they can definitely see most of inside the room. We had to use the ironing board to keep the curtain in place to ensure we're safe.

On the plus side, we liked how they gave free shampoos, conditioners, soap and coffee. There's also a jug of water in the fridge, a kettle, a small microwave, and a TV.

I stayed in the motel on the 28th of March and it was great. Wonderful rooms, lovely comfortable bed, was very happy with the complementary soaps, teabags, sugar, etc.
My only qualms with it were 1. that one of my friends who was staying with me stubbed her toe while trying to enter the bathroom because the tiled floor is raised higher than the carpeted the floor, and it caused her entire toenail to come off and it bled for several hours after and 2. when we went to seek medical attention for my friend's injury, there weren't any cold compresses and we did have to wait 30 minutes before there was someone we could talk to at reception.

Can’t fault this place. Only a 3 star rating. My wife and I have travelled far and wide overseas as well . If they had valet parking ( no need for it). It would get a higher rating. They have everything you need . Don’t tell everyone

We traveled from Canada to visit Mandurah and see the Giants. The town is lovely and the Giants was a highlight of our trip. I have very rarely given a negative review but I feel I cannot give this motel a good review in all honesty. The rooms are dirty and old. The out door spaces are not inviting. I would not want someone to
book this place without really knowing what they are getting. I would not return even if the room was free. When we are all on tight budgets we are looking for value for money. This was not good value at all. Even if a property is 3 star one still expects a clean and maintained property from the rooms to the outside. It feels like management doesn't seem to care.

This motel is clean, well priced and very well located. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the pool is lovely. Beds are comfortable. The only negative is that on more than one occasion the motel seem to have messed up at least one booking in our group, variously being double booked or advised that even though booking.com had confirmed the booking that they decide which bookings are accepted through this medium, leaving some of our party without accommodation. It would perhaps be a good idea to call the motel well in advance to confirm that your booking is in fact confirmed. It will save a lot of inconvenience.
