Huge pool. Trampolines. Massive playground. Laundromat. Free BBQ's. Beautiful gardens. Great security. Ample parking . Don't expect front reception to open, apparently it never does. Close to shops. Close to beach. Fantastic

This resort is quite close to the ocean beach. You don't need to use your car to reach the ocean. By the way, there's a free parking spay nearby. The rooms need refreshments, and the service could be more noticeable. For example, the entrance gate was broken the second day after arrival, and after 3 days, no improvement.
There is only 1 door key and 1 fob. It's not convenient. But in whole it's not bad.

The village has been transformed into privately owned villas, offering a mix of residential living and Airbnb rentals. The gardens and pool are among the best we’ve seen in a long time. While some rooms are a bit dated, they are reasonably priced. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to the beach and close to everything. I personally own five villas here for Airbnb, and it’s been a great investment.

Not the best stay. Everything old and not in the best condition. Double bed was fine but the others not so much, only really suitable for small children. Bathroom not great and the floor was always very wet when ever anyone showered. Beds for 7 but crowded enough with 4. Location is good easy walk to beach and 10 minute walk to Dolphin Quay.

Busy place especially for public holidays and long weekends so parking can be scarce. Some units at the back are now private rentals, bit worn and tired looking inside. Pool, spa, tennis courts, playground etc are all excellent and just amazing location - 2 minutes walk to the beach. Would stay again!
