came in this morning to grab a coffee and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The staff member who served me (a polite young man, possibly Southeast Asian background) was incredibly friendly, respectful, and attentive. He greeted me with a genuine smile, took my order patiently, and made sure everything was perfect.

It might seem like a small thing, but in a busy world, that kind of warm and professional attitude really stands out.

I have been a regular here since it’s opened, Nimisha and Hita and Neli are the most amazing workers ever! Such-great customer service always talking to me with a smile and happy to see me as well!
