Nice local cafe with Filipino traces in the food. My partner and I were both satisfied liked our orders, smoked salmon bagel and longganisa burger. Acai was pretty good and generous with the granola as well. I didn’t like the iced matcha latte as it tasted very grassy and didn’t taste like a good quality matcha.

TNB cafe is good place to chill. The place does not get noisy even when it’s packed. The music they play also does not overpower your conversations.

On my latest visit, I even enjoyed reading a book while enjoying my flat white and TNB Egg burger.

The coffee they used blends perfectly well with milk-based drinks created a medium-bodied drink plus a good cocoa notes finish.

I’ve tried the reuben, pastry and their egg burger. Best paired with a milk-based drink. That will save you money on dessert. Make sure to ask for some condiments to your liking to enjoy your meal.

I loved that they used caramelized onions for their burger. The milk buns have a soft texture with a small crunch to the bite. I would have preferred a little more crunch or toast but I smashed it right away together with the side of hash brown.

You can sense the Filipino traces of this cafe. From it being nestled in Rooty Hill to the subtle infusion of flavors in their menu which are not Filipino food staples - blend of sweet, umami, and salty toned down to the Australian bite. It might not harm to add a pinch or two of salt & pepper.

They’re open 6am on weekdays so if you’re in the area, you can just grab a cup or two or with food before you start your day.

TNB brings a polished breakfast/lunch, brunch experience to Western Sydney. We have been going there for a few years and have seen their menu go from strength. From a glass case of delicious pastries from Tuga to a menu that digs into their Filipino roots yet shows elevated technique in presentation and of course taste. On our most recent visit, we sampled their chicken sisig pasta. Al dente pasta, with a spiced chicken mince and creamy sauce that coated each strand of spaghetti. Then there was the bagels with salmon but amped up with a herb butter and spiced with Togarishi which really does lift up a notch. Coffee by Paradox coffee roasters is always excellent. They are doing Strawberry Matcha. It was my first time trying a strawberry matcha, and I loved how the sharpness of the strawberry cuts through matcha. TNB has a welcoming and chilled vibe and is most often filled with families.

Lovely dog friendly cafe. The ordering with the QR code was a tad annoying but the drinks arrived quickly and the atmosphere was nice, a little echoey.

Coffee wasn't actually to my taste but it was alright. Puppcino was decently priced and they allowed us to sit inside 🙂

Look forward to getting food next time.

Everything I read about the reviews lived up to the hype. We had the lockdown chicken burger + fries, kimchi reuben, chilli brisket omelette, chilli scrambled and longanisa burger. I couldn’t rate one over the other because they were all equally good I swear. Will be back ?❤️

The coffee was good but the communication and service absolutely terrible,,,,,, after waiting and waiting and watching other customers order and leave with Coffee in hand I finally decided to see what the hell was going on with my small Xshot Cappuccino (dine in)..... it turned out to be in a takeaway cup and simply left on the counter without any attempt by any staff member to even try and work out who it was for.... I kept a close eye at the counter patiently waiting but my coffee never landed until I asked a staff member who said oh sorry this must be yours but it's cold now,,,,, he did make me another one and yes the cafe was busy but again this is no excuse for absolutely disgusting service of a single coffee only order! Apology was offered but to little to late all the damage had been done and dusted! After all I ordered a dine in coffee and informed staff I'll be outside waiting just let me know when it's up and I'll come in an grab it as there was no space available anywhere to sit! Total wait time for the Coffee was over 15 minutes which is slow.....

Husband rode to TnB just off the m7 and I met him there to meet friends for lunch.

Busy but flowing and quick service!

Parmi sandwich bread was nice and soft with a crispy Parmi.

The omelette was on the sweeter side if that’s what you like!
