The hotel is fine, simple but clean and the bed was really comfortable. We're not really attracted to marina suburban life so it wasn't an area we would choose to visit again, we were travelling through. It feels like the Gold Coast to us (which has no appeal).

The size of the room was very small. This property is ideally suitable if you do not intend to do anything except shower and sleep. Alterations had been made to make it user friendly, i.e. a wardrobe. However it had been cut into the ceiling trim but not finished off. The window blind had to be left closed as the window just faced into the buildings service atrium, pipes are not a great view.
The bed linen was good quality but the white comforter cover had stains on it. The towels were not such good quality but workable.
Generally it was clean but empty beer bottles from the previous client were sitting beside the refrigerator. Doesn't give confidence that cleaning is a high standard. Pity...

Great spot just a very disappointing room. No tv,no kitchen or even a sink etc to have coffee or toast

The apartments are in Dolphin Quay which was away from the main part of Mandurah, although you could walk across a bridge which cut the walking time down, rather than walking round the road. ||The apartment had a lovely comfortable bed, fridge, kettle and TV. There was however no WiFi and my phone did not get data reception while I was staying there. It was very clean and well lit, and there was a comfortable sofa to relax on, as well as the bed. There was also a large wardrobe so plenty of hanging / storage space. The towels were new and fluffy. The bathroom was also quite modern. ||Heating was via the air con, which took a few minutes to kick in. There was one major downside apart from the lack of WiFi, and that was the hot water in the bathroom - it took about four minutes of running the water before it heated up. In a country where there is a water shortage, this is a concern, and worried me. ||Gaining access was easy as the owner lives in a flat on the premises and was home when I arrived, although I had not been sent instructions on how to get in, just an address. ||The view from the room was of flats in a service road behind, so not the best view, but I have no complaints about it.

stayed here for one night in the basic room (110aus/night), was ok as just needed a place to sleep. Modern room, no view really but wasn't expecting any for that price. ||||Checked later they have larger 1-bedroom apartment which had seaview and balcony. Looked real nice so may try next time.||||Very friendly service and helpful. Didn't try the breakfast, there was an excellent coffeehouse just around the corner with a seaview.||||This location is some 10-15mins walk from the city centre, if you want to stay near the marina then check this out, would stay here again.

The room while clean and in a good location backs onto a back alley with one window, no balcony and the view is of many other apartments looking straight back into your room. The owner said there is only one option that is pay up in cash in full on arrival. He then told us the hot water system will take at least 5 minutes to warm up which is very frustrating and waste of good water.
