The staff service was amazing, the staff were very polite and welcoming. The quality of the room on the other hand was about average. The bed was comfortable apart from the BLOOD STAINS on my linen...

Customer service was definitely a saving grace. Having had issue with my room card, the staff were awesome and sorted it ASAP.

stayed a total of 3 hotels during my Perth trip and THIS WAS THE BEST.
From the location to the bed, all was great.
Free parking rocks and i will love to stay here again.
Last but not least, from the 1st staff i met to the last, all of them were so full of warmth and smiles. Indeed excellent service from each of them.
from reception to housekeeping...all of u rocks.
keep up the good work and i just want you all to know, u made my stay an excellent one.

We've stayed at the Sebel a number of times and have always had a lovely room. This time was no exception although our view, for the first time, was over the pool and out towards to ocean. We're normally looking across towards town but both views are fine. It did mean we could sit in the afternoon sunshine on our balcony this time.||Checkin is very easy as is checkout. And the staff were very friendly.||The room we had was spacious with a good size bathroom and a comfy bed. Two lounge chairs, a desk, fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities. And an iron and ironing board.||Recommended if you're looking for a place to stay in Mandurah.

We stayed twice at the Sebel - once on our way to Margaret river and again on our way back to Perth. We enjoyed the location which was walkable to the Marina and many restaurants. Both times we had a friendly check in and check out - the front of house staff are assets! Both rooms were spotless and we were comfortable - great rainwater shower. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well maintained. We had breakfast on our first stay and it was to standard (my almond croissant was delicious). We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location which can easy to explore the area, excellent view, decent room and balcony size, very clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed ( desk & chair, coffee table with 2 chairs, free wi-fi and mini fridge, stainless steel cattle, air dryer, iron, shampoo and body wash, extra towels and pillows, place to put your bags, excellent closet ect.)
I especially enjoyed the breakfast and coffee it was extremely delicious and excellent service.
The only 2 things I'm not happy with, first it's very hard to find a parking, and the second thing the bed and pillows it's not comfortable at all.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff, on arrival and during our stay, were above and beyond and very friendly. 😊||Beds and pillows are superb and very comfortable. Lovely toiletry range left us feeling refreshed and ready for our day, and night! Breakfast choice is lovely, tasty and beautifully presented. |||At night we went to The Pen, It has a really nice atmosphere… with a fabulous female singer! Had a superb pizza too! 😊||Highly recommend the Sebel. Thank you all for a lovely weekend!

Hotel in perfect location. Close to everywhere. Plenty to do with whole family. So many places to eat , lots of restaurants and cafes with delicious coffee. Room big enough with modern bathroom, balcony with gorgeous view,big comfortable king-size bed,would appreciate couple of plates in the kitchen. So pleasant service.
Will be back for sure.

Well-located Hotel, direct sea view and close to harbor for water tours of different types. The rooms we stayed in were a bit outdated, likely from the time of hotel opening, needs a revamp. The cleanliness needs an improvement as we found hair in the shower areas and in bedlinen. Electric sockets are available for use but not near the bed, why? Overall, reasonable option for a short stay but for future plan for an update.
