Found left over drug paraphernalia between mattresses and mattress base when moving mattresses into lounge for the kids. Including a needle and screw driver filed down to a sharp point. Thought customer service handled it well until time came to collect bond and was told the room had been trashed so not all the bond would be given back. I wasn’t going to do a review but I really don’t like liars and people that don’t take responsibility for these things. Seemed as though service knew of the drug users and where happy to help them

Rooms were a little older, but very clean and comfortable. Facilities were great for a young family with Swimming Pool and Tennis Court the favourite of my 10 and 7 year olds

Dined in the restaurant once during our stay and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The meals were great and generous portions.

Since our last visit the small resort has improved yet again. The BBQ area is better and the gardens are very well kept with an inviting pool. Rooms are clean and tidy and they still have a great Restaurant upstairs. Easy parking and all in all great if you prefer a smaller place to stay

I have never had such a poorly set up self contained apartment before. No toilet roll holder, shower caddy, dishwashing liquid or something to clean the dishes with. Worst of all for us was the lack of decent curtains to block out the outside lights that are left on all night. Our rooms were like daylight all night.
Now let’s address some safety concerns, the pavers are covered in loose sand from the pavers being relaid, however it looks like it has been this way for a while. Loose sand on brickwork makes it very slippery for little kids. Very limited parking with a large area of parking covered with piles of pavers and sand, all covered in well established weed and grass. Why is there a drain uncovered in the middle of the payment?
Positives: great location for the main area of Mandurah, quiet area.

Decent accomodation for price, Staff were good in my limited interaction. Only negative (and i'm not that fussy).the cleanliness of room was pretty ordinary, I took a couple of picks but could've taken more. This stopped a 5 star review.

We have stayed here alot over the years and can say the outside area is THE BEST it has ever been with a fortune having been spent in paved areas and flower beds. No more mini golf which is good as the area is fully paved now making it much safer. Didnt see any Drug Dealers and never have. They have the BEST RESTAURANT in town which is why we stay here. Yes the rooms need updating BUT for the price you cannot complain as most of the rooms are privately owned. Our room did not have a extractor fan working in the bathroom or an outside light working at rear but thats not the end of the world

Never ever again vail...... Charmaine wow and the resident for 1r years can all ......... Only person that helped and I didn't get gsighted from was Maddi sad that even then staff hate the manager I U deratand U derr pressure but she swore At me about my food Gail diid I told her it's not the fridge broken it's the sockets I promise she then stormed out threw the other fridge near a bin and I tested the next day Nd it worked so she gave me. Room half full with a puddle that stinkike dirty washing and a..terd ok also the lady that's lived here for 13 years has been a great help but we so much attitude I just don't get why this place is it like it was eight years ago absolutely skates will 900 dollar spent four nights in a hotel that's stinks in the power keeps cutting out every three hours love it
