Great to see pubs embracing live music again by reopening the band rooms used in the grand days of Aussie Pub Rock. This was my first time at the Civic and if there is an older crowd like when we were the, it just needs more chairs. Besides that, brilliant.

Went to the 80 v 90 night. The music is ridiculously loud and the reverb through the speakers is unbelievable. The sound engineer needs to ensure they have their hearing aids in next time they set the sound up. What hearing I have left is just about destroyed from the volume.really pissed off to pay for entry and having to leave after20 minutes due to my head throbbing from the volume.
