A fantastic friendly place! Reception and management staff are welcoming and always say hi! The recent renovation has made the building bright, colourful and inviting.
Our office feels right at home amongst so many other non-for-profit tenants. The shared meeting rooms at very ideal and easy to book, and the bigger conference room is great for workshops with such a spacious area and connected kitchen. I’d definitely recommend City West House for other small non-for-profits looking for a new home.

City West Lotteries House is a great community hub. We recently used the function room for Blind Sports WA’s Thankyou Volunteers Afternoon Tea. The area is versatile and creates a welcoming atmosphere for larger events. We had everything we could possibly need including AV equipment which was easy to use, and the staff offer excellent support. The location is pefect for us as it is very accessible for our vision impaired community, being right on the City West train stop with ramp access into the building. Highly recommended for organisations in need of a supportive environment.

“The Whole is Greater than its Parts”
There are no shortages of superlatives to describe the CWLH building; modern tenant facilities efficient and friendly staff and proximity to transport.
However, for me, the real jewel to be found at CWLH are the tenants themselves. This long narrow building is home to a wide range of Not for Profits nestled together, sharing what could be one of the longest hallways in Perth.
Every walk to refresh cool water (adding on those daily steps) provides an opportunity to chat with any number professionals whose work may reach the LGBTIQ+ community, Wilderness and Environmental issues, Opera , Disability Services and Aboriginal Leadership, to name just a few.
This cornucopia of community services results in a unique environment where ideas and passion are shared , where laughter can be heard along that very long hall and the status quo can be debated.
No boring silences over lunch – the daily work routine is enhanced just by being a tenant of CWLH.
