I wish I could give this place 6 stars.

The host was amazing and friendly. I'm quite shy so it was good to be able to communicate requests via text.

The room is huge, was sparkling spotless, would be good for a couple (I stayed alone), there is a gorgeous little balcony I had my breakfast on. The bed is comfy. The bathroom especially is amazing, huge and fancy and I'm posting this review from the luxurious spa bath.

The kitchenette is well appointed and has a coffee pod machine

Bus is literally at door. 4 steps from the front door. You can walk to Hillarys if you're inclined, it takes about 15 minutes.

Thank you for making my little mid week getaway so luxurious.

Would recommend for solo traveller wanting to be near the beach

We had a lovely stay here, when visiting Perth for the weekend. Huge comfy bed, brilliant bathroom, lovely lounge and balcony to relax on. Lots of welcoming touches, like cookies in the kitchenette and flowers at breakfast. Equipped with a fridge, microwave and crockery to make yourself feel at home. An above-and-beyond B&B, in a lovely location only 5 minute drive to Sorrento beach. Would highly recommend this place. Air con controlled from downstairs and hosts happy to be texted to adjust if needed. Breakfast was delicious and home-cooked, surrounded by the host's lovely mosaics.

I had the great pleasure to stay in this B & B with my mother on our recent holiday. I had read the reviews and I agree that it is a 5 star B & B. The accomodation is immaculately clean, private and consists of a beautifully appointed bedroom, bathroom and separate sitting room. It is very spacious and comfortable and having a spa bath is a real bonus. The hosts Clodagh & Alan were very welcoming and helpful. Our breakfast was excellent and served in their wonderful courtyard. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this wonderful B & B.

The rooms are on the 2nd floor of the property. It is clean, tidy and has huge bath room + bath tube.
The host is a friendly and kind person.
They provide a nice breakfast such as boiled eggs, breads, fruits, various cereal, yogurt, juice and overflow tea/coffee.

Welcoming hostess, lovely rooms. Spa bath was the best, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. Bed was comfortable for me and mine. Our hostess made a breakfast that considered gluten- and dairy free needs and was plentiful, beyond standard fare and expectations. Home is well-kept and situated close to the ocean. I needed to spend a few days travelling back and forth from Rottnest Island. ||Sorrento Beach B&B was a wonderful surprise, a really pleasant and comfortable place to stay. ||Close to Hillarys which was convenient for me. The house was quite and great value if you want to avoid large hotel complex. The host was lovely.

Sorrento B&B is a private upstairs area with a substantial living space and balcony access. The king room is suitable for couples and has the option for an additional twin room for families. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and are nice and cool. The amazing breakfast options are served in a downstairs leafy courtyard. Suitable for short or long stay, the hosts will make your stay a memorable one.

Couldn’t fault this beautiful b&b. Everything was spot on, from the perfect location to extremely welcoming hosts.|It’s ideally situated for lazing at the beach, or for trips into the city. An added bonus is having the bus stops right at the property.|Very well appointed lounge/kitchenette, plus a perfect balcony to enjoy a glass of something chilled, whilst watching the bird life .|We stayed 12 nights, and it’s to Clodagh’s credit that we rarely had the same breakfast twice!|A perfect stay, in every way
