Ordered for delivery for my son’s bday at lunch time and it took 1hr! It said it was on the road at 2.02 and then tracking the driver it seemed like he stopped at a mates house for 20mins! Thought I would try PH instead of dominoes, it should never take an hour to get a delivery.

Very poor delivery experience, food was late, tracker app not used during delivery!
Store were very hard to communicate with, No apology for the order being so late, we will NEVER buy from here again!
Pizza was poor quality, cold & just utter rubbish.
Save your time & your money & order elsewhere.

It was my frist time buy pizza from pizza hut and it will be my last.
customer service was rubbish, the guy didn't even speak English properly and he didn't let us know about the deal that was on Tuesdays.

Charged me double for online order I tried to get a refund or voucher. Supervisor said they will contact me soon but no one did I then went to Emerton shop. Supervisor refused again and told me to lodge a complaint via Pizza hut website. 3 months later no one contacted me. I followed up to find out they closed my case. Pizza hut website support is all FAKE! I reopened case and it's been months now no reply. Pizza hut is a scam!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. This place is extremely disrespectful and does not meet WHS standards. Ordered on uber eats the worker did not give one of pizzas to the drivers called them and asked them to deliver it, guy on the phone refused and said the only solution was for us to go pick it up ourselves even though we paid for delivery and priority, its the restaurants fault for not giving it to the driver as they forgot. I ended up going to the place and let me tell youse it’s absolutely filthy inside DO NOT ORDER OR GO THERE THE WORKERS ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING ASWELL AS THE FOOD. The order was over $100 and tried offering a garlic bread that costs $3…. The management honestly needs to do better than this if they want to keep their customers
