This is a gorgeous retreat. Quiet, beautiful rooms with fabulous grounds to walk around away from all the hustle and bustle. We had the Monet room which was spacious and had a kitchenette and a great view. The whole building is beautiful furnished with lovely antiques, but also has a wonderful accommodating pool. Also included is a hearty continental breakfast which was appreciated. Melinda and David are lovely hosts and very hospitable. You can see that they take a lot of pride in this property and I'm so pleased we had the opportunity to share it with them.

What a wonderful experience staying at Montfort Manor, from the moment we arrived until we sadly had to depart onto our next destination. Hosts Melinda and David are fabulous and made us feel right at home. The immaculate house and grounds are amazing, our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. Honestly, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the Traralgon area.

Montfort Manor is a beautiful place to stay. Beautiful rooms and gardens. It is a very special place to stay. So peaceful and quiet. Kitchen supplies for breakfast and snacks are perfect and can be cooked up at your leisure in your own kitchenette. There are plenty of areas to relax in the manor. The pool is lovely and there are so many areas to sit in and around the pool and gardens as well. We had perfect weather so we were able to make the most of the outdoors. There is also a tennis court. Melinda and David are wonderful hosts. Ensuring you have a perfect stay. We have stayed at Montfort a couple of times and would definitely go back. Perfect for our need.

My Husband & I really enjoyed our stay at Montfort Manor for 2 nights. We were blown away by the luxury & grandeur of the property. Both owners David & Melinda were very welcoming & hospitable. We stayed in the Nepoleon Suite. Which was very clean & comfy. And usually I find it very difficult to sleep away from home. But in this case I slept like a baby. Probably because the mattress was so comfortable & the property is quite far from the road. And if we are ever up in Traralgon again, we know where we'll be staying. 🌝

It was a real pleasure to recently stay at Montfort Manor. The accommodation was rich, warm and inviting while the surround gardens, lake, pool and tennis courts were outstanding. But, best of all was the friendly owners, David and Melinda, whose sole objective was to cater to our every need. I cannot endorse Montfort Manor highly enough.

Great Hosts, David and Melinda make you feel so welcome, immaculate grounds to explore, amazing pool to relax and unwind with great bbq area, rooms are exceptionally clean and styled, beds are so comfortable, great for a romantic get away, or you can book out the whole venue with a few friends as only 10 guests at a time. ||We will definitely be back, either by ourselves or with a group of friends. ||Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic place to stay, wonderful grounds and very peaceful. The rooms were exceptional and very clean.
We absolutely loved our two days away, great hosts and it had everything we needed. We highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away. One of the best places we have stayed.

The Manor has beautiful grounds, very comfortable beds, and a very stylish bathroom in the Marble Suite. There is a well placed skylight above the bath, so you can lie in the bath and see the stars. The property is impeccably clean, and breakfast provisions were fresh and generous.
