Booked in for 2 nights and paid upfront. Requested a ground floor room which was confirmed. When we arrived they had none available. After a lot of mucking around they paid for us to go to another motel. We lost pur second nights accommodation and returned home. I wouldn't stay there ever again after this experience. They had permanent people living in the rooms so l don't understand how they confirmed our room.

Highly recommend, had best night sleep having to put down electric outside awning which blocked out any noise, rooms where tidy and clean and not far out of the main street , booked in easily and was left to enjoy our stay

Friendly and helpful staff at reception the room has everything you would expect from a budget motel. Microwave under the bench is a nice advantage, also the comfy chair and footrest, preferable to just sitting on the bed. Other people talked about traffic noise, I didn't think it was too bad, the roller shutters cut most of it out. Clean and comfy although a few more accessible power points would be nice.

room was ok, very spacious. however the shower and old pipes just drove me crazy. very little water came out of that shower and it took ages to bathe. water temperature was also very unstable and annoying. however good pricing and great location near the wildlife park.

This place was amazing! For a budget hotel, it exceeded all expectations. Clean and comfortable with welcoming little touches like fresh milk and breakfast provisions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's on the highway, so expect a little road noise, the shutters on the window do help and I wouldn't let it deter you, but good to be aware of if quiet is important for you.

Recently stayed at Connell's for 3 nights. Room was spotlessly clean, we were provided with daily continental breakfast, and felt well looked after during our stay with fresh towels each day. For the price, it was incredible value for money. Block out shutters did a great job at keeping out light and noise. Especially loved the comfy recliner chair that I sat in a lot to watch TV and work on my laptop. Thank you to the team at Connell's.

We absolutely loved our stay here and for what we needed this place definitely delivered. |The beds were comfy and perfect for us, probably not perfect if you want a soft mattress. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we required, such as TV, sofa, fridge, kettle, hairdryer etc. A complementary breakfast was supplied (toast, cereal, milk and a choice of spreads). The room had amazing blinds to block out noise and light. The shower in the bathroom was the best possible shower, super powerful and great temperature control. The hosts were friendly and helpful and all this for $103 for a night. Unbelievable value and a fantastic stay. Thank you

Lots of space. Close to outside activities (the kids had a great time on the scooter and skateboard) and not always on the Xbox or watching TV and YouTube and not so many toys. Spacious shower, comfy bed. Very helpful staff.
