My husband had his 60th birthday party there last weekend. I wrote to White Orchid via email provided on their website but had no reply after a week so I decided to give it one last try before going with someone else. I called them up and I’m so glad I did, after that phone call everything just took off, appointment to inspect the venue, view menu, confirmed date and make deposit, quick and simple all done in the same week. Ahmad was very responsive, flexible and helpful, he’s very thorough, everything went as planned.

Communication - was easy, Ahmad was very responsive, never have to wait long
Venue - we had the small room for 110 guests, nice and spacious, tidy, clean has a nice deco and the bathrooms are also nice and clean which is a bonus (no unpleasant smell for both rooms )
Catering - foods are good, they have good variety of Asian menu to suit your budget
Service - their staffs are knowledgeable and friendly

One thing I would recommend - I understand it’s toward the end of the night and the staffs need to pack up tables and chairs but maybe not pack away too quickly, we went out to dance and when we returned to the table our dessert/fruit platters were gone

Overall I’m happy with their service, I would definitely recommend this venue for your next event

I was aprehensive about holding my son's wedding Reception at a reception venue. Ultimately we opted for it. The owner Ahmed helped us plan the event making several accommodations to help us. The wedding reception was very carefully planned and executed by Ahmed and his staff. Details to the T. The flower decorations were exquisite. Everything went as planned, no complaints.
The venue was immaculate, clean, organised and looked like a fairy tale story.
Efficient and consistent staff worked under the supervision of the management delivering ultimate service.
5 stars for service, food, display, courtesy and customer service.
Thanks Ahmed, we will be delighted to be there again and recommend White Orchid Reception to everyone.

Ahmad and Graeme were so easy to deal with and understood all of our requirements. They will go above and beyond to ensure that their guests are treated perfectly and will reduce the bride and groom’s stress on the day! The venue itself has had a great refresh inside and is bright, beautiful and extremely accomodating for weddings from all backgrounds. Highly recommend white orchid receptions for your next event!
