On holidays in Melbourne had visited the Galada centre for Friday prayer. On reaching the place bit late for prayers timing , there were bunch of elderly sikh men sitting and chatting. On seeing me lost they immediately promoted with directions to reach prayer hall.

A wonderful community centre with great facilities and a clean and welcoming atmosphere. There is a strong sense of community and multiculturalism. The car park is easy to access and the centre is located close to a main road and there are convenient shopping hubs nearby. The main hall seats over a hundred people comfortably with room to spare for a makeshift stage or dancefloor. The hall does not have an elevated stage but it makes up for it with ample kitchen space and utilities, as well as a handy canteen style window.

A lovely place to sit, meet and interact with people from all communities.
The sitting area has comfortable seating arrangement.
Those who love to read have all kinds of books at their book shelf wall.
There is a place where you can show little kids to child nurses
There is a wifi here too

Brilliant facilities and wonderful programs. We went along for a maternal Child health nurse run sleep session for our newborn. Kitchenette, clean toilets, toys, space for different groups, lots of information. Parking at the shopping complex or on the street in front. And only 50 metres from ALDI and Coles and some cafes etc.
