Really happy with our stay. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by very friendly staff and provided with a drink voucher. The room was clean and comfortable. The room also contained a complimentary breakfast pack each, consisting of cereal, milk, juice and a muesli bite and a complimentary bottle of cold water each, along with the usual tea and coffee offerings. We then went and had a meal in the bistro. More friendly staff and really good meal sizes at a good price. The rooms were secure and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

I arrived late as I had work that day, staff were really friendly and gave me a free drink card, and 10% off a meal.
Rooms are small but have everything you need in them, the shower is absolutely amazing, and the bed super comfortable.
Would definatly stay again

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! As motorcycle travellers we seek to find secure accommodation for our bikes in affordable settings. They immediately offered to secure our bikes in a special location for safety and discounted pricing booking direct. On arrival we were given 10% off meals and two free drinks!! The BWS attached had our favourite drinks on clearance prices which was incredible and they went out of their way to ensure we were looked after and could access our bikes when needed to leave in the morning. The room was above and beyond for the price and the king bed was amazingly comfortable. A brilliant air-conditioning system which you can adjust not set at one temperature like Mercure - my worst nightmare! Such friendly, kind and professional service. The cleaning lady even offered to help carry our motorcycle luggage. Just so kind. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels for work and I rate this establishment as THE BEST OF ALL for pricing, friendliness, personal treatment for special requests and inclusion of discounts!! So impressed. Will always stay here in future as close to family. I have stayed at other "Nightcaps" which were nothing like the excellence experienced with every interaction at Coolaroo. Thankyou AND WELL DONE ON EXCELLENCE IN HOSPITALITY!!!

100% recommend this hotel, room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were great, Manish was fantastic went above and beyond to look after us, could not ask for a nicer man. The food was amazing garlic bread cheese and bacon, amazing, partner had roast of the day ( Sunday night ) and loved it. I had beef and reef asked for it to be cooked rare and it was spot on, best I ever had, I take my hat off to the chef. Thank you Manish for looking after us so well, it’s a rare treat these days to get such great service, we will be back again for sure.

Super satisfied with this venue. Convenient location to everything, and family! Recommend to everyone. Pokies just around the corner from our room, staff are wonderful and friendly. Security are buff and scary haha but awesome👌

We’ve stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment as a family of 8 a couple of times now. It’s clean, comfortable and is in the perfect location for easy access to public transport. All the staff are absolutely lovely and really go above and beyond. This is the most family friendly, comfortable hotel we’ve stayed in.
