I travelled from Melbourne to see the band, Ruckus, who were playing on Thursday night. The Hotel was absolutely packed, staff were excellent. I was advised that the meals could take a while, they arrived perfectly presented. Well done on such a busy night. I was fortunate enough to secure a room for the night, which was great. A very clean and comfortable room with a lovely bed, plus a refurbished bathroom. Thank you everyone for making it a fantastic night!

Staying in the area, came for a meal on a pumping Sat night. Very busy, we didn't think to book as the place looks very unassuming from the outside. The food was absolutely delish, perfectly cooked lamb cutlets, proper sausage. Elevated pub grub. We went to the Drouin family pub night before and while that is great because of the kids play zone, the food there pales in comparison.

Called in for dinner on a Monday evening on the way home from Melbourne, only a few minutes off the freeway. Only one other family was eating in the dining room when we were there and a few people eating meals in the bar.
We ordered Braised Lamb Shank and Bangers & Mash, both with vegetables, one large shiraz, a schooner of ginger beer and Churros to share for dessert. Total cost was approximately $100.
Both of the meals were generous servings, well presented and very tasty, the vegetables were cooked to perfection.
Country pub feel and service, we will stop here for another meal when the opportunity presents itself.

Booked for lunch fireplace in the room not working flies everywhere got drinks chipped glass
Sat opposite the space where the meals were left to take to the customers and the heat lamp above the food was not working
The food was there for a long time the waitresses seemed to be lost
Waited for 1 hour 20 mins still no food
Went to get a refund even then the
machines were not working
The lady apologized and said that too many people turned up
All in all the name sounded nice so thought that it might have a robin hood theme and ambiance but will never return and never recommend this place

This place has gone to shit big time , been coming here for a while never had a issue as of the past few months the food takes ages and is of poor quality I mean how hard is it to cook a medium rare steak? Also if I wanted gravy all over it I’m sure I can pour it myself ! Don’t think Il be coming back for a while get your shit together !

Nice and chick service but unfortunately all of us who attended recieved food posioning from this place.
Kids got sick off nuggets and chips, steak and parmi meals.
Tried to resolve this issue with the manager but have failed to hear a reply back regarding how all of us have fallen sick.
Only was told that the kitchen would have a an extra clean regarding our health issue.

Would not recommend as it needs maintenance badly. Entrance door was very hard to open and close. No hot water in basin or shower. Not properly set up with benches etc. Fridge froze everything, even when operated on 1 and was noisy at night. Bed was comfortable and clean, but was noisy underneath when you moved. Whole room and floors needed a good clean. Pity, as the people operating the Inn were very helpful.
