Would give a zero if I was able to.. Easter long weekend has been a disaster at this so called “ Big 4” crammed in like sardines, people pulling up and having to camp on other people’s sites due to poor communication with whoever was taking bookings, disgusting amenities that were clearly never cleaned before the toilet block was unlocked for the long weekend, faeces smeared all over the male toilets floors along with vomit and the list could go on. We were supposed to be here for 5 nights but have cut our trip short as we can’t even take our kids to the bathrooms. This is the last time we will be visiting along with a number of families after this weekend. Would maybe consider if it was under new management.

Great place to stay. We had a site on the river. Beautiful. People who run the park were great. Lots of bird life.

An amazing location. An oasis. The river on one side and a beach on the other. The river flows into the beach. So you can decide whether to swim in the colder beach or in the slightly warmer river. We took our Kyaks and paddled the river. |The owners were fantastic going our of their way to help us. We blew 2 tyres getting there on our coaster bus. They went into Portland for us. Dropped off the 2 tyres and stayed there so they could bring one back fixed. |The local kids were the best behaved kids we have ever experienced. They all played well together and we didn't even see an argument let alone a fight. |We highly recommend this park.

Extreme Victoria high temperatures forced us not to free camp elsewhere, but visit Narrawong Caravan Park. Greeting was very pleasant and we were offered a park map showing all available areas and amenities and allowed to choose ourselves. Safe area, Great grass level site, large with space to move, great views of the river, couple minute walk to great beach, and power. And just a short drive to Portland. With Big4 discount it was well under $40 night. I will recommend this to fellow RV’ers and we would come back again.

Stayed on the river and had heaps of room.
Very windy on the beach, but really calm at the van site. Super quiet mid week and lots to do
. Fished, rode pushy, swam, shared a few yarns with myself and a few refreshments.
Managers were eager to please and very friendly.

We absolutely adore coming to stay at Narrawong caravan park. The amenities are fabulous and the staff are outstanding! Will continue to visit as often as we can.

the location is really nice, but sadly the people living there with us weren’t really nice and friendly. they left the BBQ really dirty with old oil and black burned meat so that we had it (even though we cleaned it) on our meat. there was a cleaning guy but he didn’t clean the whole BBQ, just the area next to it. so it seems like it never gets cleaned. Children were driving around in there scooter trough the kitchen, also a point I don’t understand. even tough we have December and normally there’s no open fire allowed, 2 campsites next to us were making fires and our whole van was full of the smell and we also got the smell when we opened the window or when we did go out. it was really annoying. when we wanted to eat in the kitchen they started a movie in a garden really noisy and no one was watching and no chairs. It was on a grass spot next to the kitchen and we couldn’t close the kitchen door so it was really loud. table tennis without equipment. the toilets were ok.
