I recently spent a few weeks at this venue. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and very professional in their customer service approach. My caravan site was clean with easy access to power and water. Facilities were of excellent standard. I've been travelling around Australia for the past 3 years and this site is one of the best I have stayed at. I look forward to returning later in the year.

We had a lovely large caravan site at this beautiful well maintained c'park. Dee and Gavin-manager's of this park were very welcoming. This park is within walking distance to town, beautiful view from our van of the Port of Portland..
Ammenities are immaculate as well as the grounds. Dee and Gavin take alot of pride and you can see they work hard in this park.
Bowls Club is great for meals - huge meals too👌. The township is lovely with beautiful old buildings. We extended our stay there as there was so much to see and do. Thank you Dee and Gavin for our lovely stay here. 10/10👍.

Loved staying here. Location was perfect for exploring the area and the park is beautiful. The managers have done a great job with the park including a community veggie patch and food truck on a Thursday night. Our water view cabin was perfect for returning to after a day out and relaxing on the veranda with a beverage of choice. Would highly recommend this park and would love to come back again.

Tremendous location, good sized sites in great condition, amenities modern, clean and tidy, nice kids playground, good camp kitchen facilities, very close to town, beach, tourist activities, good walking tracks, bike riding district, and tourist tram stop outside park. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions, shops etc. Rates reasonable at winter period.

We stayed at nrma porland for 5 nights for our 1st stop travelling Australia, the facilities where fantastic, we lived the community garden and the little extras like bike repair areas ect. Our daughter also has a disability and they contacted offering a disability specific ebike so my husband was able to take her down the street for a ride. They honestly went beyond the whole time a d would definitely go back.

I pulled into this caravan park for 1 night and booked an unpowered site to camp.

The friendly and caring service was wonderful service from booking on the phone through to arriving for check in.

The owners were so thoughtful when allocating me a site (being a female travelling solo) and ensured I felt safe and comfortable.

The amenities were super tidy and clean and everything was available that was needed. The price was also really reasonable and close to town and views.

I'll definitely be back to stay next time I travel the Great Ocean Road!

Bonus points for the adorable Burmese cat on reception that assisted my check in 🙂

One of the cleanest caravan parks i have stayed in. They would have the cleanest bathrooms and staying over the Easter weekend when it's busy they smelt clean and were warm. The shower was also a plus for me. Good water pressure and hot.

Very friendly staff, on site entertainment/music.Beautiful walks to lighthouse & along clifftops. Long walk & steep steps to beach, long walk to town= lots of exercise. Lovely beach. Showers often cold & this unfortunately is a deal breaker for me. But overall enjoyed our stay in Portland.
