My husband and I stayed on very short notice and were extremely well accommodated. The room was lovely and really big. The restaurant on site is fantastic, and proximity to the shops and amenities is a short walk away. The parking is also very easy to navigate and roomier than many hotel parking lots. Friendly staff, everything was clean, a great place to stay.

Staff were very terse. Lights didn't work. Lost an item and was never called back as to whether it was found. Bathroom was very clean and the products were top tier. The bed was comfy and smelled nice. The housekeeping staff were lovely and efficient.

My room was spacious and good quality. The coffee maker and capsules,were appreciated, as was the complimentary bottle of wine. The room was clean and well presented. Having an on site laundry was a bonus.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Amazing location with everything at your fingertips. Great bar and restaurant down stairs if you don't feel like venturing out. Room was more than what I expected extremely comfortable with modern and furnishings and facilities.

Reception staff were great and very accomodating.

Restaurant staff told us they were at capacity and couldn't seat us. After telling them we were hotel guests they then ushered us in, we could see their seating capacity didn't exceed 40-50%. Pizza and lamb wasn't available (with no notice prior to being seated) and we had to wait up to 50 mins for our food - excessively long.

The Mantra exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived, although I had been here a couple of years ago, the service hasn't changed. The friendly staff made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Dining at The Butter Factory was a delight, and breakfast at the bistro was equally impressive. I highly recommend The Mantra Traralgon for any type of stay. The facilities are modern and spotless, and parking is hassle-free.

We had a great overnight stay with our H.O.G motorbike club at this lovely hotel, our KING DOUBLE room was spacious and well appointed, tea,coffee & biscuits as well as 2 bottles of water and a mid sized bottle of Shiraz was most appreciated.
The bar was well catered for but we didn't have the opportunity to stay for a meal sadly
Will definately be booking another stay when we come down there again

We enjoyed our stay at Mantra Traralgon. The room was clean and modern, with nice curtains and great lighting. The room temperature was easy to control, making it very comfortable.

We appreciated the complimentary wine, bottled water, and coffee pod machine with a good selection of coffee strengths. The location is convenient, being close to the shopping centre and Reading Cinema, and the basement car park was very handy.

The dinner room service was quick and the food was tasty. However, we did have some minor issues — the Chromecast in the room wouldn’t connect, and we noticed that the bathroom door seal was chipped. In the afternoon, it got a bit noisy with some kids running around in the hallway.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great service and convenience. We would happily stay again.
