I stayed here January this year staying in the Deluxe King Room.
The room was very neat and clean giving a great first impression. The only downside was the bathroom door would stick when opening and closing and would most likely wake someone during the night sharing with. I did pass this on at check out so hopefully it gets fixed.
I personally loved the Do Not Disturb sign which meant I have a lovely sleep in.
The staff were lovely and inviting. Being a 5 min walk into the CBD meant I could leave my car parked and walk everywhere.

When booking the accommodation I specifically requested a ground floor room at the rear of the premises as the Motel is on the Highway (and also a quiet room). We were provided a room close to the Highway.
There was mould in the shower which is disgusting. Towels were very thin. No face washers supplied.
The motel claim there is a restaurant on the premises which is not correct. We needed to go to a local pub for dinner. Breakfast is available upstairs and was a basic continental offering. We went up there at approximately 8.15 AM and the dishes from previous guests were on a small table. Obviously nothing had been cleared before we arrived. No refrigeration of milk, yoghurt, and juices were available in this current hot and humid weather.
Saw no staff in the morning at all.
Very disappointing accommodation from Choice Hotels. We travel within Australia and on occasions stay at Choice Hotels so hope this accommodation improves its standard.

It's well located in Traralgon, a short walk to the main strip. Bed was comfy, there was a fridge in the room and the water in the shower was really hot||But it's motel, so nothing special. Breakfast was very ordinary, no eggs or anything cooked.

Right on a busy highway. Trucks and traffic will wake you early and is relentless. So avoid for that reading alone. No double glazing so you can hear every car in the car park come and go and people chatting outside. Cups and cutlery but no plates or bowls. Bathroom not bad with a nice pressure shower but the cubicle leaked water into the carpet in the bedroom. Some mould in the shower. Bed quite good, little fridge (no freezer bit), microwave, toaster, kettle and littletable and chairs and a (uncomfortable) sofa. Won't be back

Did not have the room we had booked and paid for (ie booked a twin with two beds and only given a room with one bed), after making a fuss we were offered a second room, which was digusting, half finished. Power points in both rooms dangerous and falling out of the walls. Beds were the worst Ive ever slept on, like they were 50 years old with springs poking out. Was only place available when we booked ... you can see why. Next time I will sleep in my car.

Trash hotel, my microwave oven didn't work at all and when they tried to fix it they broke the TV as well! Room was very basic and overpriced, not soundproof and right next to the car park. You can imagine the noise! Breakfast was the worst I ever had in Victoria, just some dry bread, milk and juice. It was not the advertised 'continental breakfast', more like bankrupt breakfast.

Great value for money. Amazing experience. I stayed near by motels but this is the best place to stay. I stayed in budget friendly room and it was Very clean but if you want to experience renovated deluxe rooms off course you have to spend bit extra but overall pleasant stay ..

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Beggars were staying next to my room and drinking alcohol and smoking and sleeping outside. The hotel bathroom hangers were broken, and the blankets smelled stinky. I recommend not staying in this hotel with your children or any other people with the bad service and people .
