I recently dined at Edge and I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had. Our waitress, Brittany truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.

From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive—she made excellent recommendations, and we were thrilled with her suggestions!

What really stood out was how she added a personal touch to the evening. She took the time to engage in friendly conversation and even remembered small details from earlier in the meal, which made us feel so valued as customers.

The food was fantastic, but honestly, it was Brittany’s service that will have us coming back again and again. She truly elevates the dining experience and is a shining example of exceptional hospitality.

Went for dinner recently on a Saturday night with my family. Been here before but it had been a while. Amazing service. Female waitress was super helpful. My 6 year old son bumped his drink over and she replaced it. My wife’s drink was a pre mixed cocktail which at the time when ordering the menu didn’t mention it. Waitress was more than happy to make sure we were happy as well and replaced it for a bubbles. All 4 starters that we tried were amazing. Music wasn’t even super loud which was nice. Always the place to go when in town. Thanks again Edge crew

I recently booked lunch here for myself and some work colleagues and Michelle and the team were wonderful. I was able to pre order meals so that they were ready when we got there. The food was great and well priced!

Edge was the best thing about Geelong. Brittany in particular was a highlight. She was so bright and bubbly and just happy to be serving us. The “margarita truck” was a treat, and the vanilla sour cocktail was sensational. Will be back for some food!!

Having caught the Port Phillip Ferry across from Melbourne to celebrate my 72nd b/day and my grandaughters 16th b/day my wife grandaughter and myself would like to congratulate Edge on their outstanding service followed up by a great location and a beautiful meal.Special praise for Emily who attended to our table and was an absolute delight throughout she was professional friendly efficient and has a very natural manner in her interactions just a delightful person. Also tyo Chloe who met us as we entered also provided friendly professional service which we appreciated as we had come in earlier than booked and she was very helpful.Both of these young ladies are an absolute asset to your restaurant and deserve recognition.Alan

Best bottomless brunch I’ve been to by far. Our group of 12 pretty much had our own wait staff and the drinks and food were flowing the whole time.

Delicious cocktails, not watered down and a huge food and drink menu. A bit tricky having to pay the whole bill first but would 100% come back

A limited menu that caters for a range of tastes.
The staff including security were friendly efficient and professional!

1st June myself and 2 friends came to eat at the Edge, service was great, atmosphere there was a vibe but unfortunately the food disappointingly not good.
Myself and my friend had the lamb shank Rissoto which was served to us barely warm, by the time we finished it the rissoto was cold plus you had to go searching for the lamb shank or lack of, more rice then anything.
My other friend had a burrito bowl which she said was very nice.

We have been to the Edge many times before and have thoroughly enjoyed the meals.
