It’s such a wonderful place for dinning, have a cup of coffee, catching up with friends, and of course for a relaxing brunch. It’s one of my favourite spot for brunch around this area. Highly recommend their Wagyu rice dish and the crab meat prawn pasta dish! Super delicious! The place is cozy and everything I had was incredibly delicious! Highly recommended this place!

This café is an absolute gem! The food is beautifully plated and full of flavour—everything from the Japanese-style wagyu bowl to the hearty big breakfast was top-notch.
The creamy scrambled eggs and the avocado were standouts. I also loved the drinks; the iced latte was smooth and refreshing, and the coconut late was so yum as well. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming with lovely natural light, making it a great spot for a weekend brunch. Friendly service and attention to detail make it a place I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend for foodies!

Super cute brunch spot in Box Hill! Totally didn’t expect to find this beautiful restaurant: bright, cozy and super aesthetic😍

What we had:
🌸 Ae Benedict - 12-hour slow-cooked Angus brisket with a poached egg on sourdough. So juicy and tender, every bite was a flavour bomb!
🌸 Wagyu Beef Teishoku -Wagyu + onsen egg + rice = pure joy🥹 Comes with warm miso soup, super comforting.
🌸 French Toast - Thick and fluffy toast topped with chocolate ice cream and berries. Tasted as good as it looked!
🌸 Iced Matcha Ube Latte - First time trying matcha + ube and I’m obsessed. Gorgeous purple and green, not too sweet and just perfect.
🌸 Matcha Latte - My favourite hot drink. Strong matcha flavour, smooth and not too sweet.

Would definitely come back again 💕 brunch lovers don’t miss this one!

Absolutely love AE Melbourne Coffee! Tucked away in Box Hill, this cozy café is a hidden gem. The food is not only beautifully presented but genuinely delicious — the Crab & Prawns Pasta was rich and flavorful with the perfect hint of spice. The Crayfish Scrambled Egg Croissant was a surprising standout, and even my brother couldn’t stop raving about it! The Wagyu Steak was tender and juicy, paired with incredibly smooth mash and crispy enoki mushrooms.

Beautiful Korean-style café with lots of greenery🌳and a cozy, modern vibe — feels like a spot in the streets of Seoul🇰🇷The menu has a great variety, even including steak🥩, which was surprisingly good. The store is very spacious. I've been to too many small brunch places in ct. This store is comfortable both in terms of the store area and the tables. It doesn't feel like I'm in Melbourne🥹

The beef is stewed very soft, and paired with the base bread and runny egg yolk, it’s so satisfying to eat this one in the morning

🥩Wagyu Steak MB8+
A big steak, plus mashed potatoes and matsutake mushrooms, the quantity is super sufficient, and I‘m almost full just eating this one🤤

🍞French Toast
The combination of chocolate ice cream, soft toast and hojicha, which is sweet but not greasy at all

☕️UBE Matcha
The taro fragrance and matcha blend very well! The purple and green combination is so beautiful, it tastes good and is very refreshing 🥰
