The Brisket Benedict was perfect flavored with great size, and right amount of sauce. I enjoyed it a lot, thanks ☺️
There was quite a queue when I got there, you can tell some regular customers coming back for their coffee. And I had a latte which was nice as well.

Spacious and quiet atmosphere with plenty of seating. Good pricing for quality food, served promptly. Fair range of meals available. Very clean, with large bathrooms. Opens early, 7am. Strongly recommended.

Had an iced coffee and a croissant, both were great! Croissant was fresh and flaky (ask them to warm it up 😋) while coffee was smooth and delicious! Major props to the solo barista on shift - even with a long line, he was able to get drinks out at a fast pace

The place was clean and organised and staff were efficient with quick service

Overall, great brunch spot! Would be nice to see a more varied breakfast menu in the future (particularly with egg-based dishes) but very good spot in general! 😊

I ordered a takeaway coffee from here today and the coffee with caramel syrup was much better than I’ve had lately.

I was politely asked if I would be dining in or out, but it was still casual enough for it not to be awkward that I’m doing takeaway. I really appreciated the friendly service, there was plenty of seating and I appreciated the quality of the coffee!
