Large clubhouse looking down over small but pretty landing area. Unusual routing due to limited property and narrow tree-lined fairways, but overall great landscaping and conditions, recent upgrades, good bunkering and varied holes. Can get quite wet in winter.

Function room with a view.

Light, well appointed room with picture windows overlooking the perfectly-kept golf-course.
A Greet-and-meet lobby housed the facilities whilst the entry was served by stairs in addition to a ramp.
For us, the smaller part of the 'L-shaped' room comfortably sat 40. It's reception area was twice the size.
The beautifully served refreshments were tasty and very much appreciated. Well recommended.

Booked for Afternoon play at Box Hill golf course. golf course cancelled my booking due to members comp. Golf course said they will issue a voucher but didn't care about time/ travel / money wasted due to their error.

You only get one first impression of a golf course, facility and the staff.

The staff showed zero resourcefulness to try allocate a tee time later that day or even a future date. The lack of empathy was astonishing. Unfortunately the consumer loses at this golf course.

We attended a private function on February 22, 2025. The venue had lovely views, and the service was okay. However, the catering was insufficient for the number of guests. Despite being a buffet-style event, the mains ran out before the last two or three tables were served, which was disappointing.

Lovely place for a meal overlooking the greens. Try their Thai beef salad or Parma. You don't have to be a member in order to dine in. Booking is advised especially on the weekends.

Just joined @Box Hill Golf Club as a member.
Experience of joining was fantastic, very well communicated by Heath, he has made joining so easy and felt very welcomed.

Members on the course have mostly been great, other than one experience, they have all been great, very friendly and welcoming.

Course is beautiful, holds up great during the wet months. Tricky tight fairways and tough greens.

Good, tight and challenging course for the stray driver. Great staff, nice and friendly members. Inconsistency in green speeds but wouldn't fault greenkeeper for that. It was a hot day so that might have something to do with it. Decent beers on tap too, not just the usual 1 or 2. Would definitely recommend it
