TERRIBLE SERVICE- avoid
OK accommodation for the money BUT communication & service is appalling.
Booked in for 5 days in 2022 to find out they had double booked us and we needed to vacate early.
Paid the bill and was told they would email across the Tax Receipt (we needed this for a travel & Accommodation claim as a family member had had a medical procedure).
After more than 10 email requests & more than 6 phone calls we still do not have a Tax receipt.
Exhausted, gutted and fed up.
I normally don't post negative reviews but this has been going on for far to long now and is well beyond a joke.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Stayed twice and booked 2 cabins. Rooms and furniture outdated. Bunk beds in 1 cabin dangerous, was able to shake them. Lounge in other cabin could hear and feel the spring/recline mechanism. But worse than that the manager was heard quite loudly and aggressively arguing for hours, which included breaking what sounded like plates and glasses. Was just about to call the police at 11pm. Then next morning at 7am started cleaning up very noisily. Also pretended nothing happened the next morning. Do not stay here.

TOP LOCATION, LOVELY PEOPLE, GREAT VALUE
This is a lovely place to stay - super comfortable, sparkling clean and with everything you need so, so close - no need to drive! There’s beach, cafes, nature and all the places you want to see. Best of all, Taylor and her husband really go the extra mile to help you feel at home and make your stay special. Could not recommend more highly.

I really enjoyed our stay here- even only for the night. Very laid back but clean with heaps of thoughtful touches. Was nice and quiet, our dog loved his stay too. The owners were cool and let me walk him around the property off lead which was important for us as we’d been on the road for ages. The pool was sweet, the air con was sweeter & being able to binge a bit of Netflix on a rainy summers evening was a real treat!

Very clean cabins and comfy beds. Great location. Bathroom in need of refurbishment but everything worked well. Family friendly and great parking beside door..even with big trailer attached.

We arrived much later than expected but the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our cabin was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 4 of us and the pool was perfect! Walking distance to Bowling Club for dinner amd great value for money.

The windows didn’t lock, so I refused to stay there. The other guests were very noisy with lots of swearing. One month later, the motel has not returned my phone calls or emails and has not refunded me. Please don’t stay here. It’s terrible.
Now 4 months later and the owners have still not refunded me.
