The best facial I have ever had. Firefly is a sanctuary, a place apart from time where your entire body and mind can relax and just BE. Receiving a treatment from Lel feels like a mini hibernation in a warm and cozy cocoon. One feels that Lel is completely present in every moment of the treatment, really wanting you to feel special. The bonus is that your skin benefits, too! I have had facials, as well as sugaring and waxing at Firefly, and all are 5 star treatments!

I felt like my body & mind just relaxed as soon as I entered the driveway to Firefly. Lel is a beautiful presence & her space is nothing short of a dreamscape. I felt completely at home being encompassed by the landscape & surrounds. A true disconnect & reconnection to the nature.

An amazing experience. I'm from Perth and visiting beautiful Tasmania for a week. Firefly was recommended and I'm so glad I went.
The facial was the most relaxing, gentle, immersive and beautiful facial. My skin loved the natural products and glowed afterwards. Lal has a healing and gentle touch that stays with you. There is no-one that comes close. Ang xx

I was fortunate enough to experience an incredible hot stone facial over the Christmas break and it did not disappoint! Lel’s products are all natural and feel amazing on the skin, and the warmth of the stones coupled with a beautiful face, head, neck and arm massage left me in a deep state of relaxation.

The studio itself is utterly beautiful, and with such professionalism and care, you can’t help but be transported to a place of calm and bliss. As a mother of two young children, this was a highlight of our time in Bicheno. Thank you Lel! ✨

Lel is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.
I had facials, waxing and massages at her place, and every time I got out of her place with my heart full of joy. She treats you in the best way possible since you step in, cuddling you until the end. Such a magical place.
