The perfect views with a perfect consistent temperature within the sauna. The changerooms are clean and well appointed and the sauna is spacious and well positioned for unique views of the beautiful Cradle Mountain. We were super lucky and treated to the beautiful snowflakes falling outside as we rested within the warm sauna room 🫶

This was an excellent thing to do on a rainy day. The sauna was at 80 degrees and we loved going between the sauna and the icy cold outdoor shower. Such a buzz! I left with a great feeling of wellbeing. The staff were really nice and coffee was good in the Cafe. The location is not totally serene but it's still a lovely peaceful view out the sauna window.
