First time on the island and at the Furneaux Tavern.

The menu had a good selection to choose from and the drinks were very reasonably priced.

The service was great and the chicken parmigiana, chips and salad was delicious.

I look forward to going back in the future.

Such a beautiful location. The owners have a great view off the balcony, the restaurant and the actual bar through to the ocean view. The hours for lunch and dinner are tight, so I recommend you check times and plan being there. We arrived 20-minutes after lunch so missed out. The menu choice is good and what we saw other people having is very fresh. The bar area is really clean, great size pool table, music and TV.

We visited for a week after Christmas and had two meals here. Food was classic pub food, with great seafood as you would expect. The dining area has a great ambience. You should book for this. Great bar. The team behind the bar are very friendly and helpful!

Great views from the deck, good atmosphere in the bar, had a very nice scotch fillet steak with peppercorn sauce for dinner followed up with an apple and raspberry crumble. The rest of the meals around the table looked good, very generous serving size.
