Absolutely amazing accommodation. The hosts and accommodation were 5 stars. The Gypsy was so clean and tidy and the yummy local goodies were so thoughtful. Greeted on arrival and given some really amazing local knowledge. Definitely be back on our next trip. Thank you 👍

Partridge Farm was a unique place to stay. Welcoming Hosts Lorraine & Rob a formidable Team providing the Best Island Hospitality. Lorraine’s meals were the best by far. Was so nice to return home after our days exploring to eat in our cabin & relax. Need to be mindful of water usage as the Island is in drought, Hence the spa was a no go. Overall would highly recommended staying here.

We had a lovely stay at Partridge Farm! Our travel plans had to be re-arranged at the last minute due to poor weather, but Lorraine was able to be flexible with this, which was great. We stayed in the Gypsy Cabin which is warm, clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. It also has possibly the best views of any accommodation on the whole island! We loved having the partridges, goats, guinea pigs and guinea foul 'visit' us during the stay!

Flinders Island does not have a lot of accommodation, but even if it did, I'd still stay here. This is a unique experience: it's a farm with the animals and birds wandering around. For city people, this is something otherwise only seen in books or on TV. Rob and Lorraine are outstanding hosts and very friendly with it. This is how much of Australia used to be and it's Australia's loss that friendly family run places are in short supply.||||The accommodation is well constructed--Rob is a builder. The entire property is clean and fastidiously maintained. There is an honour bar in your room with a good range of wine at good prices. If you request it, Lorraine will provide dinner and it's just excellent. They really know their food and are regular travellers to Italy. If you counted the chickens in the morning, I suspect one is missing by dinner! So it's as fresh as can be.||||All up, a friendly, hospitable and relaxing experience and I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Rob & Lorraine present an extraordinary property, set in private bushland. The wildlife sets the scene, the perfect back drop to their location. There are walks along deserted beaches and within the surrounding bushland. We learnt of the island from Rob & Lorraine and where to explore on foot and by car.||||The private houses are spacious and comfortable. They consist of a full kitchen that cater for all needs, within an open plan living and dining area. We used the outdoor barbecue on our deck throughout the stay to sit and admire the panoramic view of the islands. The rooms have an honesty bar system that offer a range of beverages, at reasonable prices. The entire property is clean and well maintained.||||We've had a memorable stay on Flinders Island, at the Partridge Farm. It offers friendly, hospitable service and a truly unique experience in Tasmania.

We spent three nights in the Gypsy Cabin which was perfectly suited for what we needed. Rob and Lorraine were fantastic hosts, the setting is beautiful and serene and all the birds and animals wandering around the farm are great company. Would definitely stay here again.

Picturesque landscape surrounding this bushland property overlooking Adelaide Bay with every comfort and amazing hosts Lorraine & Rob. Each accommodation house is set in its own private setting so privacy is maintained even to have a hot bath under the stars. Had the pleasure of hearing of their amazing achievements of some 42 years on the island and their ability to turn their hand to anything and everything. Fabulous place to stay and equally fabulous hosts. Definitely a must.

We spent 4 days here for my fathers birthday with the most wonderful hosts in Rob and Lorraine and all of the wonderful animals on this farm. The accommodation is very well kept and maintained with every detail imaginable taken care of. The location, views and surrounds on this property are just stunning. I don't think I have ever been privileged as much as to how well we were looked after by Rob and Lorraine. Having a Rav4 car to be able to hire and get picked up from the airport was just another way this place made the whole experience extra special. There is so much to write about this place that it would take days - suffice to say - it is a must do on this island and I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
