Wife and I just spent 5 days staying at Island Quarters and didn’t have a single complaint or issue, very happy with our unit, spacious, well set out, well appointed with everything close by within walking distance, thank you to our hosts

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in recently - many hotels around the world should be ashamed of themselves. Also, a great selection of pillows of different heights and firmness - it’s amazing what a good mattress and pillows will do for sleep (helped along by fresh sea air).

The apartment was roomy, scrupulously clean, and well equipped.

The wifi worked well (for those needing to work) and the foxtel and smart tv were also welcome.

Toilet is separate from the bathroom, and the layout seems to have been done to accomodate people with restricted mobility (although a half step to get in).

Lots of power points, aircon worked well, etc.

Light, bright, a few real plants and some local art work - just a few steps from the pub, wharf etc.

Great stay (and good communication with managers).

We stayed at Island Quarters for a week and were very pleased with the accommodation. The apartment was fresh, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and very clean. The location in Whitemark is excellent, with all useful and necessary facilities only short walks away, including the Whitemark waterfront. If we return to Flinders Island this will definitely our first choice for accommodation.

Super stay. The apartments are fantastic. Beautiful shower, huge bed with lovely crisp sheets. Great big TV with Netflix. Outside areas to sit in. Washing machine and dryer and everything you need in the kitchen. The host was exceptional. Highly recommended. Flinders Island is so beautiful!

I didnt stay here I merely went to the public bar and restaurant downstairs. I went on parmi night and it was WONDERFUL. I gave the room 5 stars because the rooms I saw were very clean. The ice-cream sundae was the single most joyous experience of my life. It gave me euphoria like no other. The food was delicious and I loved it. 10/10

Centrally located near the shops and pub. Close to the water to watch the magnificent sunset.|Rowena is a great host and even dropped an item off at the airport we had left behind.|I would recommend this accommodation for anyone going to Flinders Island

Island Quarters is a block of almost brand 4 1 bed roomed apartments in "downtown" Whitemark. The pub, the IGA, PO/Bank and Wharf are all within 100 metres. It is another 50 metres to the bakery and the butcher.||||As it is in the township you will miss the "remoteness" offered in some of the other accommodation options - this offers accommodation in town. For us this didn't concern us as we headed out to the remoteness each day, but if you are looking for coastal charm and remoteness then the Island Quarters may not suit.||||We stayed 4 nights at the Island Quarters. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped - the kitchen had been stocked by somebody who actually does cook as all the necessary utensils were there. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom/laundry had all the amenities that you would need. The lounge room/dining room was fine, the decor a little stark - white walls and a wall mounted television. As a minor suggestion to improve the ambience of the room it could use a picture or 2 on the walls. That would soften the starkness of the room. However, that is a minor observation and one that didn't adversely impact the stay.||||We found Island Quarters very convenient - everything was a short walk away.||||Overall an excellent base from which to explore Flinders Island.
