Recently stayed here for a weekend, the room was nice and spacious and was near self containing. had a nice fridge, microwave and kettle as well as toaster cookery and conventional stove didn't need to buy anything but food and myself. The staff there were friendly and professional, very approachable and helpful as well.
Very affordable as well which was a bonus.
There was also a dining space and couch for two, first impressions of the room was good and it was clean. We also felt spoiled as the room was also equipped with two TV's one in the main room and one in the bedroom.
The room also had a very comfy bed bed equipped with an electric blanket also good bathroom space
Would definitely recommend this place for the above reasons as well as its location close to the beach and close to Ulverstone's CBD.

Hospitality starts with a welcoming smile, and this is what greets you straight away on arrival.
We have been to the restaurant twice now. The first time was for a meal. Just two words needed to describe it...... Bloody Good! Streak was perfect, paella was delicious with fresh ingredients and the satay chicken was bursting with flavour, juicy and tender
Last night we had a 21st Birthday Party for our son. Due to various circumstances we were late in organising it. But as it turned out, nothing was too much trouble for Peter, Dianne and their team.
The venue was superb. Their chef prepared a wonderful selection, the staff were not only pleasant and efficient, but they were also great fun. All of which resulted in a great time being had by all.

I wouldn't look to anywhere else for accommodation in Ulverstone. The rooms are competitively priced, always clean, spacious, and the beds comfy. Showers with good water pressure too. AND by staying there you support charity. Not sure what else one could need.

We booked on apparently an American website for $63, which turned into $96.40 Australian. We stayed another day, where the manager decided to charge us $117! A nice motel, but the large restaurant was closed, due to so few patrons [in early October]. Make sure you confirm the price when you book.

The bearded male employee with the black ram pickup truck was a big jerk. He basically yelled at me from across the street for "driving too fast in the driveway and that I could hit a kid". While I am very sorry for any rules that I broke, he didn't give me a chance to defend myself and then stormed off into his vehicle to play with his smartphone. He didn't give me the chance to explain that:
1. I am American and I am not used to Australian road rules especially driving on the left
2. I stepped on the gas when making a right turn from the left lane to avoid getting hit by oncoming traffic
3. I have childhood trauma from my driver t-boning a car at an intersection.
The parking is very easy. It's not far from the town center where you can buy groceries or fast food. Also a very clean place with a big fridge. Hopefully, the pool, restaurant, and function center will be great once done with renovations. Cozy bed too! This would be a five star review without the aforementioned man.

I chose to stay here in the due to limited options for a reasonable cheap price in in Ulverstone we are quite happy that I did reserve here at Ulverstone 15km west of Devonport. Great comfy place and clean spacious room we reserved I believe all rims are the same. The room we reserved was nothing different to Fully equipped AirBNB. Very reasonable price compared any motels out there… Highly recommend this spacious motel to stay at and I will definitely return here on my next trip to Tasiii.

I chose to stay here in the 16th due to limited options for a fair price in Devonport and I’m glad I did! Great comfy, clean and spacious rooms! Very reasonable priced and the lady at the reception was very friendly! One of the better motor inns I’ve stayed at!
Highly recommend this motel to stay at and I will definitely return on my next trip down to Tassie!

Fantastic place very clean. Manager couldn't be more accommodating. Restaurant staff were polite and so professional under the pump and very busy. Beautiful food served quickly and all very reasonably priced. Can't recommend highly enough. Well Done guys!!!!
