The place looks modern and is close to the beach and weekend markets. Its a nice setup. They only have one 1-bedroom apartment, so we got a two bedroom one. We just had to not use the second room and toilet.||We would stay here again. It is next to a train track, I mean next to it. There is a fair bit of noise during various times of the day. It didn't bother us, but it may bother others.

Disclaimer: This review is in relation to Unit 16 in Block One. As apartments/units are individually owned I can't vouch for the inclusions in the other units. Although most comments will be the same for all apartments in this complex. This is also one of the very few reviews I have left showing my level of discontent with our stay.||The Good:|The location. The apartments are located within an easy stroll to shops and the Jetty Complex. Secure underground parking. |The Unit. Clean and functional. However the furnishings, lounge and dining set etc, were quite tired or old. Two separate balconies. Close to trains, the apartments are less than 20m from railway tracks. ||The Bad:|The location.|Located on a busy intersection and directly opposite a drive-in bottle shop. This meant you heard every car that accelerated through the roundabout or away from the bottle shop. A lot of cars in Coffs Harbour are VERY loud!!!!|Between the apartments and the Jetty is a no-camping, camping ground filled with illegal cars, vans, tents and lean-tos. On our walk past we witnessed two separate screaming matches. I wouldn't let my kids walk past on their own.|The bathroom, while having everything you needed, was dangerous to get into and particularly out of the shower, which was located inside the bath. If you were in any way infirm through age or disability, you would not have been able to step up and into the shower safely. Despite the inclusion of a rail on the wall it was too narrow and too big a step. The partial shower screen was too small to stop a lot of water splashing onto the floor, making it even more dangerous to get out safely.|The balconies were ideally located on either side of the apartment. However, the smaller one looked directly across the main road, noisy and smelly, at the bottle shop and a vacant lot filled with rubbish. The bigger balcony had a strange musty smell that was too strong to stay outside and utilise the view of the pine trees in the garden.|The smell. As unit 16 was directly above reception and the attached restaurant, there were a number of smells that permeated the unit depending on what the restaurant was cooking at the time. Sometimes it was glorious, but mostly it smelled like burning fat! |THE TRAINS!!!!! As mentioned above, the train tracks were within 20m of the apartment (my wife said it was closer to 10m!!). Unfortunately, the trains went past at least hourly if not more frequently. As they were coming into the road crossing next to Unit 16 they seemed obliged to sound their air horns and then rumble by noisily. This went on ALL NIGHT!!!! Needless to say this was not conducive to a good nights sleep. I don't know why no reviews mention the trains but I thought it might save someone if I mentioned it. Funny, the website and brochures for the apartments don't mention the trains either!

I stayed 3 nights at the Pacific Marina Luxury Apartments in February, 2024. The apartment was lovely. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was great- very close to cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the walking path to the jetty and marina. I would definitely stay here again. Would be great for a long stay, but also good for a short trip. Plenty of room for families.

The only thing this place has going for it, is the size of the apartments.. it’s dated and backs on to a train line with homeless people looking in.. WOW… seriously!! No sleep will be had at this place at least 4 freight trains went through and god forbid you sit on the balcony., you’ll have an audience of tent people watching you.. the “secure” parking lot doesn’t have a gate and the young female security guard was relaxing in her car.. good job! What a dump.

Booked by work.. I will NEVER stay here or recommend this place.. trains all hours of the night..backs on to a train line… with the bonus of homeless people on the back fence in tents watching on to your balcony.. definitely a security issue, not a secure car park.. a young lady in a car “resting”… apartment was dated… hot water takes forever to come through and not hot at all.. seriously dissatisfied. Uncomfortable beds to top it off!!! Not worth what they are charging. Book here if you like listening to freight trains..

Stayed here a few times excellent accommodation and close to jetty,markets,muttonbird island and beach.Great value and has everything.Especially good for families and groups.

Excellent and enjoyable stay in a lovely, clean, ground floor apartment for our family with three children under three.
Great outdoor area for our children to play, close to lovely clean pool, short walk to jetty beach which was perfect for our little children. Close to cafes and supermarket and restaurants. Air con was great. Bath in main bathroom for bathing children. We hope to return again. No sea view but with our kids a balcony isn't practical at the moment so the garden view was nice.

Stayed here overnight enroute to Brisbane . Fabulous apartment very clean however the train line is right in front and very noisy , if doors are closed it’s not too bad .
