We have dinner here occasionally and really enjoy it. Last night I ordered the rump steak and when I tell you it was tender, oh my, it was so tender and juicy I was literally able to cut it with my fork. It melted in my mouth and was as soft as marshmallow. The veggie bar is also delicious. The salads have real flavour eg chic pea salad and beetroot are my favourites. The carrots and potatoes are awesome. Hot bread rolls. Yum. My only wish would be for them to include a seafood salad and then it would get double the stars. Oh their soups are always the tastiest. Love them with the salad bar too.
Anyhoo. Get yourself there and you won’t be disappointed. The staff will make you feel welcome and they make a great lemon lime and bitter.

I came here with my family to celebrate my Birthday after checking out their $20 Wednesday Schnitzel deal online. I was pleasantly surprised with the generosity of spirit!! It was excellent value for money considering our schnitzel sizes were massive and we had full access to a salad/veggie bar - which you don't often see nowadays. The salad/veggie bar included a potato bake, deliciously seasoned vegetables, pasta salad, chickpea salad and more! The produce was so fresh and it was an excellent way to add your desired side dish to the schnitzel which also came with chips! The atmosphere was quite lovely and the service was exceptional after having some really nice interactions with the bar staff and servers. Additionally, after having booked the table for my Birthday, the staff made sure that my Birthday was indeed acknowledged and I found that to be a lovely touch. I left the Hampstead Hotel, having a wonderful birthday experience feeling very special! I am definitely coming back here again. Thank you!

We go here with a group of 18 gentlemen every month. The service is great, the staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is beautiful and the salad and veggie bar are stocked with a great selection, including lovely hot bread rolls. The serving sizes are generous and they cater for seniors. Highly recommend for a nice lunch. I’m still to experience a dinner meal, but I assume that it will be just as good. Bon appetit.

Three of us attended quiz night & had the best time. From the minute we entered, we were welcomed with friendly, happy staff. Our meals were excellent, the atmosphere so much fun & the venue was warm & inviting. David, our quizmaster, was entertaining & to top off our evening, we won a $25 food voucher! We usually celebrate our Birthday lunches at the Hampstead Hotel because of the friendly atmosphere, the attentive staff and the delicious food. The salad and veggie bar always have a good selection. Toni usually serves us and she is a gem .She patiently takes photos of us all to remember the day. We highly recommend the Hampstead Hotel.

We came in for something different, usually we eat Thai or Asian, my assessment of the food was a bit over priced for pub food.Salad bar was a little basic with small side plates to try and balance your food on, you’ll need to juggle at least three in your hand if you want a decent serving, I think the idea is to prevent wastage.
Service was a little dull and average, I hope this review or feedback is a positive one to to improve service in the future,
Will I come back?……probably better value for money elsewhere.

The food at the Hampstead hotel is incredible. I have been multiple times and got different things. One of my favourites is the chicken schnitzel with peppercorn gravy. The schnitzel is crunchy and juicy and the peppercorn gravy is the most pepperiest thing I have ever had. The kids meals come with a free drink and icecream and the meals are not too expensive. Hampstead hotel has a range of different drinks and food and often has live music. They also have a salad and hot veg bar with hot bread rolls a d a kids area. Staff are very kind and friendly and always have a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go again!

Worst roasted meat I've ever had. Like chewing old roap. None of us could eat it. The only saving grace was the vegetable bar where there was a good selection and tasted nice so at least money wise it wasn't such a disappointment.
