This place is so cool, the bartenders are lovely, the music is vibey. They have pool tables and a fantastic location. You won’t be disappointed having a Friday or a Saturday night here.

I had a fantastic stay at the Finsbury Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a great space to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request.

While the hotel doesn’t currently offer dining options, there are plenty of great local restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to find a meal. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the convenience of the location made my stay even better.

If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay with great service, I highly recommend Finsbury Hotel!

Held our Dads wake here in April
The hotel staff bent over backwards to have the function room set up ready for our Dads goodbye. Service and food were fantastic can’t fault them one bit. Luber and Your Team Thank You so much for making our Dad Grahman’s goodbye run so smoothly. We Appreciate all that you provided for us on the day it won’t be forgotten. ❤️

This is a pub with rooms. Rooms are interesting flicking lighting paper thin walls and filthy carpets in room. I had a 3 night business stay, after spending a night and returning back in the evening I discovered that my room had been made up, bed made and towels re hung and my bags and personal belongings gone. I went to the bar seeking an explanation, as I was booked in for a 3 night stay. The bartender insisted that no one was staying in that room and I produced a pass key and was told that this could not happen, I asked what happened to my belongings and was told that she did not know as she had just started working here today. As I looked behind the bar I seen my bag and told her that was my belongings. She apologiesed for the inconvenience and booked me into another smaller room. I also had a six pack of beer taken from my original room fridge along with a 1.5l bottle of sprite, this was not with my belongings. Someone stole my beers and soft drink. Will not be back.

Rooms are a bit noisy as I could hear the guy next door talking on his phone, and his TV could also be heard. The room has had a make-over, nothing too flash but clean and tidy, except for the carpets which were old with stains and a musty odour. I thought it strange to paint a room and install modern fittings but not address the flooring. In summary it's a pub with upstairs rooms.

Had a great stay at the Finsbury Hotel,the room was good,comfortable and clean.Staff were very nice and welcoming will definitely stay there again.

the stay was going well, nice room, polite workers etc, until a guest used there card and walked into our room while we were in there, I let him know we were in here and he politely apologised and left. I caught up with him and he told me they gave him a keycard to room 11. OUR ROOM?! He told reception what happened and they gave him the right keycard and room number and they let him know it was their fault. I mean it’d be a shame if he walked in while we were sleeping (which my partner was), or getting changed or he was some crazy fella. Yes it was a mistake and mistakes happen, but this type of mistake cannot happen.

This a lovely pub. Staff are super friendly and know our order before we completely walk in the door. Recommended for casual drinks and 5 pool tables to entertain your night.
