We stay here once a year & are very happy when we do. A reasonable price with spacious rooms that are always clean. An added bonus is that they have increased the size of the car parking spaces which makes it so much easier - no one too close to hit your car doors! Walking distance to many amenities makes this the perfect place to stay. I find emailing the motel directly is the best way to go - a prompt reply is guaranteed.

One of the better properties I've stayed at in Coffs. The managers were both extremely nice & helpful to me including providing me with a cereal bowl for breakfast. The rooms were nice and very quiet with little noise. All the basic essentials provided in the room with an area for me to work on my laptop. The WiFi worked well. It was nice to have a complimentary guest laundry very handy to clean clothes on the go without having to leave the motel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Royal is centrally located within easy walking distance to local shops, the pub and the beach. The rooms are very clean and serviced daily. It has everything you need for a nice quiet stay.
The owners are lovely and will do everything to assist should you need something. Nothing to fault. Would definitely stay there again

My husband and I stayed in one unit and my sisters in another. We found the management friendly. The rooms very clean. Location was excellent.Walking distance to pub and also bowls club in one direction, food outlets in the other direction. Would definitely stay again.

Checked inabout 3:30p.m. manager Dan was friendly and could not have been more helpful. Room is clean tidy and comfortable. Suits out needs. A bonus we were a short walk from the Park Beach Bowling Club. Hand a couple of cold beers and an excellent chinese meal.

Great communication by owners, whenever we sent messages the replied within the few minutes. We had a comfortable stay with good customer service. Rooms were clean and tidy.|Highly recommended.|We arrived at 10:30pm and everything was ready for us.

Excellent stay here. Friendly welcome, spotlessy clean and everything needed for a short term visit. The motor inn is conveniently located near both the beach and a shopping centre. A tiny gripe was that the shower curtain was too short! In summary a great find.

Sue and Daniel were most obliging and accommodating of any requests I made! The showers were hot and the beds comfortable. Appreciated the fact that we could park within the grounds of the motel. Would thoroughly recommend the Royal Palms Motor Inn.
