I had an amazing experience here at the GYM. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. I organised the date night for my best friend and I for her hens and we loved every second of it. I highly recommend this service and i’ll definitely be back!

I came in for the date night package and I had the best time. As soon as you walk into the gym it is such a welcoming and calm atmosphere. I had Nova taking me through the date night package and she was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and just so friendly. I also had the Japanese hair spa with Monique and this was beyond amazing. Monique was so kind and also gave me some options to help with my hair issues. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience at “the Gym” The atmosphere was super calming, and Amber was really friendly. I loved the luxurious scalp massage and the high-quality products they used. My hair felt so soft and rejuvenated afterward. I highly recommend this spa for a unique and pampering treatment! Amber helped me feel comfortable and was lovely to chat too!

I re-visited The Gym, and again had the most wonderful time! Scarlett made the experience luxurious and I was extremely relaxed the whole time. Spas can often feel daunting and un-welcoming for someone with a bigger body type - however I never once felt like this at 'The Gym' - and in fact quite the opposite, as they are very size inclusive! I will definitely be making this a regular self-love routine! I had a facial, a hair spa and a blow dry and am leaving feeling brand new! Thanks Scarlett!

I recently had a hot stone massage with JoJo and, unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. I requested medium pressure, but it felt more like a light touch throughout. Even after asking for more pressure, there was little to no improvement, and I didn’t feel comfortable repeating myself.

I also found the room quite cold, which made it difficult to relax. I asked for an extra towel, but it didn’t help much. My feet remained freezing throughout the session, despite the therapist spending a fair amount of time on them. Sadly, there were no check-ins during the 1-hour massage to see how I was feeling or whether I was comfortable, which I found disappointing.

As for the hot stones, they only stayed warm for a few seconds on my skin before losing heat entirely, which took away from the intended effect.

Overall, I wouldn’t consider this experience worth the $180 price tag. Thankfully, I used a $150 gift voucher and only paid $30 out of pocket. Still, I left feeling more disappointed than relaxed—honestly, a hot shower might have been more effective!

Had a phenomenal experience here today with a Japanese head spa, hair treatment, followed by some time on the "red bed". The staff are attentive, courteous and friendly. The facilities themselves are thoroughly clean, and highly professional. I cannot wait to return for more treatments.
