From the moment I arrived everything was perfect! I was nicely greeted and there was an issue with one of my gift vouchers and they sorted it straight away. I was offered tea or water while I waited in this lovely room. My massage therapist was so lovely and beautifully spoken, the ambient mood was so relaxing and I had the most wonderful massage, possibly the best I've honestly had.
If i could give more stars I would AND I will definitely be going back.

i came in today for the surrender spa treatment with molly and she did a fantastic job. this was my first time ever coming to endota spa or getting a massage at all and from the get-go i could tell that molly knew exactly what she was doing. she was extremely professional and helped me feel comfortable, being my first time. i would highly recommend her and the treatment i received. the music was nice and calming in the background, the towels were very high quality, and the products used were great for my skin. only one downside was that my hair got quite knotty from the scalp massage, but nothing a hairbrush couldn’t fix, and it was definitely worth it. i walked in quite anxious and not sure what to expect, and walked out a new woman, molly made me feel so confident and good in my body. 10/10 thank you molly you’re a star

I had the Surrender Spa experience thanks to a birthday voucher. It was very relaxing and my skin feels great. Took about 70 minutes and the therapist was friendly and explained everything. She was very quietly spoken so with head down on the bed, I had a little trouble hearing her at times. Although it is an expensive indulgence, I think it would be worth the money at least a couple of times a year if you can afford it to spoil yourself and to freshen up your skin.

I've always been a fan of Endota Spa, so when I had the chance to try out the TTP Endota Spa for the first time, I jumped at it. I booked an organic express facial, opting for a double room to share the experience with my sister. However, just as we were getting ready to head out the door at home, we received a call informing us of a cancellation due to an employee falling ill. We were disappointed as the visitor was traveling back and won’t be able to do this! When we explained this, Despite this setback, the staff at TTP Endota Spa were able to accommodate us, squeezing us in for the last appointment of the day.

Due to maintenance work outside, we couldn't use the double room as planned (which was disappointing again), but that didn't dampen our spirits. We were ushered into separate rooms for our treatments. The beauty therapist conducting the organic facial was not only professional and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about it. Before diving in, she took the time to speak with me, ensuring she understood my needs and preferences. I appreciated her respect for privacy throughout the session.

The facial itself was nothing short of blissful, complete with a soothing head massage that melted away any lingering tension. As the treatment came to a close, I was offered a choice between herbal tea and water for refreshment. Opting for tea, I was slightly disappointed when my therapist returned with water, citing that the tea had run out. While a minor hiccup, it's always better not to offer something that isn't available.

Despite this small glitch, the overall service at TTP Endota Spa was commendable, and I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and rejuvenated. With skilled therapists, a serene ambiance, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, it's a spa experience I would gladly repeat.

Really lovely experience for my first massage!
Jordana was welcoming and conducted a wonderful massage, specifically addressing my issue area. People often go on about the “sales pitch” at the end of session, but I found today’s to be informative and zero-pressure, which actually meant I did purchase a couple extra products too! 🧖‍♀️ The entire experience was relaxing and calming, and I’m looking forward to returning soon! 🌿

Received the Surrender Spa Package gift voucher for Christmas. Finally booked it in and had my treat this afternoon.
I was totally relaxed and was very impressed by the experience and also the total atmosphere. Its so nice to have a massage where you can totally switch off and don't feel the need for conversation. That is very rare these days.
Definitely one of my best treatments so far.
I'll make sure my partner makes it an ongoing gift from now on.

Today, I had the Organic Relax Massage, which I customised to include a face mask & a dry body brush. Paulina was my therapist & she was really good. I hadn't been to an endota spa in 18yrs. I will definitely go there again. Highly recommend it. It was worth it.

I really liked the massage and facial. The setting was lovely and the products are beautiful. However, I really didn’t like that the whole experience was just a way for the products to be sold to me. I was there to relax not to be upsold. I didn’t want a skin analysis and for an iPad to be put in my face half way through my service (costly service). You should ask up front if the client wants to be told about their skin and the products, and if they don’t, they should be left alone to enjoy what they paid for. I definitely felt like I didn’t get my 90mins as there was to much time spent on the therapist trying to get me to buy products. This has happened my last two visits and for this reason I will not use Endota again.
