Very poor check in experience, reception was poorly staffed and couldn’t be accessed without the fob key - making the initial check in very difficult. Instructions on how to get from the car park to the apartment were unclear. Worst still the lift was out of order for the entirety of my stay, making the walk from the carpark to the room very difficult, either having to climb 6 flights to stairs (with luggage) or down 3 flights to stairs and then out onto the street and a long walk to the main apartment building. The room itself was ok, dated but adequate for needs. The servicing of the room at the seven day mark was the pretty average, might as well not have done it. Location of the apartment was good. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Slow reception, had to call number to open door to get into reception. Takes about 10 minutes to drive upto your carpark then it takes another 10 minutes to walk to ground floor because car park elevator was "waiting for parts to arrive". room a broken bed in it.

No TVs in bedrooms, hallways smells like they've been used to cook meth.

Fantastic layout, so much better than a hotel room. We have stayed twice. All apartments are owned by different people and managed via "Property Vine". You may not stay in an apartment that matches the pictures you see online. I think the pics are of larger 2+ bedroom apartments. We were in one bedroom apartments. Looked diff to the pics, though still a great spacious layout. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reception is closed on the weekends so you are dealing with an after hours number. Not all apartments have a hairdryer so if this is important make sure you tell reception (in advance is better) so they can organise one for you. Any issues we had in our first stay were diligently sorted for the second stay. We would definitely stay here again. Great location and spacious apartments, especially compared to over-priced hotel rooms.

Not clear instructions on how to check in. Needed to call front desk to let into the lobby during business hours which was awkward. Checked into room and the state of the apartment was just unacceptable. it had not been cleaned for quite some time. there was dirt and gecko droppings on the kitchen floor. kitchen sink had food and grime in it. the shower had hair all through it. went straight back to reception and advised the place is too unclean and we aren’t staying there (with a baby). staff member apologised and offered for us to look at another room which we did. it was in a better condition however had a bad smell to it that did not go away (smelt like cigarette smoke in the furniture). they did advise that it was the only other available room at that complex otherwise would have to travel to another property. had just travelled 5hrs and unloaded the car so was not moving to another hotel. staff were nice however, and there is safe parking but if cleanliness is a must for you - then avoid this place. I will not stay here again personally .

Nothing like the photo, dirty and extremely disappointed with the room.
Stains on the lounge
Carpet dirty
Bed sheets dirty
Fans covered in dust not even attempted to be wiped.
Raised with management with no alternative provided.
One key proved for 3 people staying & need to use a fob system to get throughout the building.

Positives:location in the city.
Car space for your car in a secured building.

1 star is the minimum I could leave. A party going on in the room next door and no one will answer th phone to sort it out. The apartment policy is no excessive noise after 10pm. It's 11.30 and i have to be up at 4.20am for my flight. The noise from the road is excessive on the lower floors. We were on Level 1. The apartment was nice enough although there was a nasty blood stain on the dooner and the kitchen cupboards were all dusty.

The hotel staff contacted us and made the check in a simple process as we came in after hours very late.
We were upgraded to a large apartment on the 19th floor with magnificent views of Townsville.
Though there were some minor issues like a broken washing machine detergent draw no dust pan and broom and no information pack for the TV's in the room which would of been resolved if it was not the Christmas period.
Overall a great place to stay close to the strand and the city centre.

Worst accomodation I have ever stayed in.
The room had not been upgraded in a long time the carpet was stained the shower doors had rust, air-conditioner filter was full of dust never cleaned, the smell in the apartment was awful especially in the main bedroom, no amount of spraying room deodoriser got rid of the smell, last but not least there were also cockroaches.
Had I been able to leave the accomodation I would have unfortunately everywhere else in Townsville was fully booked so we were stuck.
