Found our room to be very clean. The beds were comfortable. Close to the Pacific Highway but without the noise. The big screen tv was wall mounted and worked very well. The shower hot water was instant, great in winter, and the water pressure was excellent. I would stay here again.

Excellent for a stopover on way to the Gold Coast, handy location for Coffs , comfortable and has everything you need. We walked around the town and ate at the RSL club Bistro. Great place to eat. Coffs is quiet but a good place to stay. Best western is ideal.

Vanessa from the front desk was so helpful and kind, letting us leave our luggage behind the desk for a few hours so we could explore the area before getting our greyhound bus. She was so friendly and gave us some great recommendations of what to do in the area. Thank you so much Vanessa!

For a motor side inn, this was very good. Although close to the Pacific Highway, once we were inside our room, we could hear very little road noise.|Our room was tidy, dark, had a comfortable bed and was well equipped (including a microwave). The shower was hot and powerful.|Vanessa, on reception, was very helpful (with places to see, eat, etc).

Value for money. A no frills but serves the purpose room that was big enough for our family of four. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
It was located conveniently in Coffs Harbour and not far from local beaches, the supermarket and other amenities.

Driving down from Queensland to Sydney and stayed here overnight. The after hours check in was as mentioned in the text messages and without issues.||We opened the door and switched on the lights and saw 4 cockroaches scatter from the centee of the room underneath the bed. My wife and kids couldn't sleep and as a result neither could I. Very restless night and drive back to Sydney the next morning. Nobody was in reception at 8:30am for me to show photos or report the issue to. We couldn't wait to leave to be honest.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Vanessa and her staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely and clean. Beds are so comfortable as well. Rooms are quiet and motel is well located close to business centre.
