My husband and I are so impressed with our experience at Alpine Spas. After visiting various vendors at the Adelaide pool and spa expo earlier this year, we decided to purchase the Duo spa and infrared sauna from them. The price was very competitive, but what truly sealed the deal was the exceptional sales team.

Kartik Singh shared his knowledge and was really helpful, and everyone we interacted with at Alpine Spas was equally fantastic. We were initially concerned about potential after-sales service issues due to the company being interstate, but our worries were completely unfounded. Thank you Alpine Spas!!! Had an awesome experience with these guys. Kyle was super helpful and easy to deal with. I purchased the Vista Mini barrel sauna and absolutely love it. Great quality, plenty of spare parts in case anything is damaged or not as it should be. But don’t need any of the spares. Everything went together easy as per instructions and videos. Definitely recommend Alpine Spas if you’re in the market for a sauna.

I bought the alpine spa at the Brisbane pool and spa expo, Kyle (the sales person) was so informative and helpful, he gave me a fantastic deal including everything I needed to get our new spa up and running, he organised delivery at at time that suited us and the delivery guys got the spa into a very awkward place (including moving a slate pool table out of the way and back). I have been more than impressed with the product and the service, I would highly recommend any looking to get a spa to go and see Kyle. 10 stars!

Alpine spas were very helpful in helping me make my decision on purchasing our first ever spa - The Napal. It’s not a very big unit (3seats) perfect for us and the visiting grandchildren. Kartik was our sales person/Alpine Rep who provided us with excellent service both before and after sales. The only reason I didn’t provide a five star was in the delay of the extras which could have been managed/communicated better. I would not hesitate in recommending Alpine Spas and Kartik in particular for his service

Next level service from the crew at alpine spas marsden Park store.
The quality of their matterhorn spa I purchased really sells itself,along with the no pressure sales people ,Kyle and Kartik.
My wife loves her new suprise mother's day present ,delivered on time as promised with some quality extras thrown in.
She loves the LED lighting in the water and head rests.
2024 mother's day spa bought me some serious brownie points.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

Over the past few months I have purchased an outdoor Vista Barrel sauna, the Montreal Spa and the Apollo ice bath. The service I have received has been second to none. Kartik Singh responded to my initial online query within minutes. He has answered my endless questions, been a wealth of information and has provided excellent customer service. We purchased our Oslo sauna from Kyle 3 months ago and have been loving it! It gets used daily and still looks and feels brand new. It was fairly easy to put together with 2 people, took roughly 30 mins. It is very generously sized for one person to enjoy. Kyle was very prompt at providing us with a quote and arranging delivery. I would purchase from Alpine Spas again no hesitation.
