Highly recommend Katherine Indoor Sports Centre. Inclusive and fun environment for people of all fitness levels. The functional gym space has everything you need and Poppy has open gym sessions where you can do the workout at your own pace - great for times you don't want to think about what exercises to do! Poppy is super friendly and the classes are very well priced. Recently went back to the centre after not living in Katherine for 18 months, it's only gotten better! Miss working out here

Great facilities, lovely staff. Stopped by for a casual visit to use the functional gym area, which is a big space with a range of equipment and weights. Ended up joining a HIIT class with the friendly and welcoming team. Also pretty reasonable price for a casual visit at $15.

It feels like I'm here every day of the week! There's always something to do – whether you're into team sports or individual fitness (or both). Poppy and Nicky have created a great environment that makes working out fun. Very reasonably priced too which is always a bonus. I genuinely recommend this place to everyone and anyone

Such a great gym! Has all the equipment you need to do F45/Crossfit style work-outs if thats your thing. The classes are a good burn as well - you always know you're turning up to something that will make you sweat. Love that there are also the self directed workouts that have a trainer on site giving extra tips to help with the movements. Definitely a must try!

KCISC is an incredible place to work out or try a new sport and meet new friends! Poppy and Nic are such supportive and creative trainers, who are super invested in you improving your technique and get genuinely excited for you when you get a PB. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Katherine junk festive was celebrated and was awesome. Things created from the junk materials and the good thing it is kids friendly. Everyone had fun and I loved the idea that the kids were allowed to dance on the save while waiting.
