All staff i came across, whether at the desl or the restaurant were super kind.

Stayed in a king room, the amenities are great!

- kitchen bench and coffee machine are always be appreciated
- showers are real flash
- bed is comfy as can be
- very spacious room
- serviceable noise isolation

I changed my booking online using the Best Western website, I clicked the change booking button, moved my reservation out by a week and received a confirmation all was correct. I have now been charged for both. The hotel won't help as it was an error that occurred using their online booking system. The Best Western chain won't help as it is a franchise issue. I am being punished because their online booking system is faulty. I have stayed at this hotel 6 times for business and will never go back. Some of the staff are fabulous but there is one who is mean and unreasonable and will damage the business. Good luck if you stay there.

There was no hot water. The heating was not working in the building so the room was cold and air-conditioning needed to run all night. I needed to get my hot water bottle out of the car to take the chill off the bed. No hot water for a shower in the morning. In the morning it was warmer outside than it was in the building corridor. The building was so cold that it was obvious that the heating had not been working for dinner time.

We booked numerous rooms as a biker touring group. They were clean, modern and spacious. We dined at their restaurant which was busy (that is a good sign!) and had a good choice of meals and wines, and the staff were well trained and couterious. We will return again.

Great place. Perfect location. Across from an amazing park, the botanical gardens, and a huge kids playground.
Also a great cafe just down the road.
Great location for everything you need for a relaxing short stay.

This is our second stay here and I am happy to recommend it. Good food and friendly service. If stairs might be a problem for you, make sure you let them know, the lift is being repaired (April 25)

Just stayed for 1 night , reached late and left early. Decent place , recently renovated bathrooms. Quiet calm place , was reasonably priced. On arrival there was no water in the taps , just one text messsge the dude fixed it all in couple of mins.

Located in south albury, i Stayed here on my drive back to Melbourne. the bed was fine, room was clean. Parking was abundant. Price was what you would expect. Reception was nice and helpful.|Overall my stay was fine and would stay here again if in Albury.
