Beautiful hidden small coffee shop on a side walk. Completely simple but so effective and the staff very nice. They've forgot to put an add-on that I ordered I claimed it, they delivered accordingly and gave me a complementary toast that I wanted to buy on the side.
Simple and beautiful.
I'm vegetarian and the option I got was really tasty.

Large and tasty portions for a reasonable price! The big breakfast was especially hearty. They should consider adding some salad leaves on the side to make it appear less sinful 😄. Service was exceptionally good too.

Had lunch at this hidden gem and thoroughly enjoyed my meal! My boyfriend and I shared the chicken schnitzel sandwhich and it was very good. Great portions too, we were able to share easily. As well as this I got the iced matcha which I was happy with. Matcha for me can be off and on but this one was excellent. I totally recommend.

I was in a bit of a hurry to grab something before heading to the airport. Ordered a flat white and croissant at Casper’s. Service was friendly, fast and efficient, food and coffee were great. There were newspapers to browse too. I hope to return one day when I have more time.

We preordered online, but when I went to pick it up at the time indicated on the website, the guy hadn't even started making our order. He then good me he didn't have any chicken for the chicken sandwich we had ordered, I asked what he could use instead..."I dunno" was the answer. Eventually we agreed that another meat might work...
Eventually the order was ready, 45 minutes after we ordered. I asked why it had taken so long, he said "because I had too many offers". I suggested he should stop taking orders when he can't fill them. He just laughed and then said "then I won't make any money". Well you'll never be making any money from me again!
I've just started eating the sandwich, IT ISN'T EVEN RIGHT!!! We asked for no tomato, first bite, a big piece of tomato!
This place deserves to go out of business, the menu is very poor too, everything is stodgy and greasy.

It's sad to say, but some cafes just don't deserve to exist. Darlinghurst/ Surry Hills is full of great places to eat, go to any of them instead of this dump.

Brilliant Breakfast & Brunch
My partner and I were in Sydney for a few days and of all the places we’d enjoyed visited for Breakfast, Casper’s was by far the best on price and quality.
The singing barista was also a vibe we could get behind.
Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in or travelling through the area.
