A lovely fit out. The food was OK, nothing compared to Ursula’s, their sister restaurant. The service was a bit odd - french waitress seemed displeased by our presence. I would book outdoors if possible, it’s very noisy indoors.

Overall, it feels like Cafe Cressida is leaning too hard into the “cafe” experience but with the expensive restaurant pricing.

The food was pretty average, but my burger was good. The drinks were just okay.

That said, the cafe has a really Instagrammable vibe and a super chill atmosphere😄

Lovely space, great food and very helpful and friendly staff! Great outdoor area with a shelter, which makes it perfect for rainy summer days. The menu is very interesting, short and sweet, so it has enough variety of food but not overwhelming amounts of options. Even the staff uniforms and the furniture colour scheme is lovely!
Easy parking around especially on weekends.

Getting away from the drone of the surgically enhanced on Queen Street, without worrying your card will explode when it's time to pay is tricky. Here, you'll find a comfy refuge. Sure, the 4 floor staff are as efficient as 1 that had been trained. I mean, the friendly team knows as much about service as I know when I open the hood of my broken down car, hoping to see an on/off switch. The food isn't bad at all. Oily, sure, but good oil. I'll come back for more tasting. Whenever the vista of augmented humans becomes too much.

Come here for the aesthetics but don’t expect great food

The vibe was great as many have stated but honestly the service was unwelcoming from the beginning. Even though there was a huge table inside and another table in the corner empty they told us it would be a 30mins wait without checking if we wanted to sit inside or outside. After WE pointed out the empty tables they were happy for us to sit there.

Food was mediocre we got the tuna salad which was bland and inconsistent- 2 out of 3 didn't come with avocado and portions were so tiny. For this price I can get bigger and more flavourful ones at Fishbowl ($23)

Another friend ordered the panzanella for $19 and it was sadly so small as another customer had already pointed out.

Chips were yummy tho

This is a cute cafe, but I went on a Sunday at brunch and it was so busy. We waited almost an hour for our food and ended up having to take it away. The staff were really friendly and understanding that we had to change our order. The banana bread was delicious.

Came here for brunch, lovely very cute little cafe. Not a huge amount of choice on the menu for breakfast. I ended up going with the egg and soldiers and a pastry. Both were nice but I was expecting to get two eggs for the price ! I’ve heard dinner is good so would like to come back and try their dinner menu

Following the recommendation of a friend, I dropped into Cafe Cressida in Queen St, Woollahra, Sydney for lunch today. What a delight! A courtyard setting makes for instant relaxation. The staff are well trained - attentive, friendly and discreet and, although the Cafe was very busy, remained relaxed and focused on the customer before them. I'm on a food combining diet and was very pleased to find a protein-rich Caesar salad that did not compromise my diet (I asked for a stop on the croutons!).
