Been here 18 months now so I thought i might take the opportunity to leave a few words on these offices.

Location great, offices are very new and very comfortable. Reception staff are fantastic. Always friendly and always ready to help. Would totally recommend this place.

I would not recommend Compass Offices for individuals seeking short-term rentals. Our experience, requesting a space for a month and agreeing on a specified price for both the stay and departure, was unsatisfactory. Upon concluding the month, we were unexpectedly invoiced for double deposits totaling $200 and an additional charge of approximately $1000 to vacate the office space. Notably, these charges were not outlined in the terms and conditions.

Furthermore, despite their advertised "30-day return" policy, we did not receive our deposit refund until two months after vacating the room. Overall, our experience with Compass Offices was disappointing, and we would caution others against choosing this workplace for short-term accommodations.
