Very reasonably priced meals and drinks. While the pies looked amazing, it was 34 degrees, so wev opted for pizzas and burgers.
Special mention to the incredibly happy bar staff!

Good service and nice atmosphere. The food: The schnitzel was so good. It was cooked to perfection and a good portion size. Gravy was also nice. My dad ordered the rump steak and loved it, it was cooked to his liking. Also a good portion. The teriyaki chicken bowl was average nothing special. As for the pulled beef brisket nachos major disappointment. There was not much filling on them and barely any beef brisket. The taste of them were average. If you go here I don’t recommend ordering the nachos. But I would definitely recommend the schnitzel and steak. Pies also seem to be popular here as well.

Good food and quantity, a little pricey but that's now expected for Sydney. The cola is weak? Rum and coke is like a rum and soda.

Burgers overcooked, chicken and leek pie overpriced for what it was. Used to be much better a few years ago. Also please do not get fried calamari…unless you fancy a $22 frozen-tasting & looking dish

July 2023 Restaurant (First Floor)

Another great time at the venue and we decided to try out the restaurant and it was simply amazing. Started with a baked cheese and sour dough bread and this was bursting with flavour and a must have!

Lamb shank with mashed potatoes and heirloom tomatoes was super delicious and will be ordering again on my next visit. Rib Eye with duck fat chips and mushroom sauce was cooked perfectly.

Continues to deliver great food, drinks and atmosphere each time.

April 2023 Bistro (Ground Floor)

This is a really amazing place for drinks and food, providing tasty pub classics with their best selling freshly cooked in house pies. Many food options for everyone.

I have had their pies in the past and definitely a crowd pleaser today I ordered the Southern Fried Crispy Chicken Burger and it was out of this world. Served with a side of shoestring fries, perfectly paired with a couple of beers.

Conviently located with ample seating, friendly staff and fast service and one of the most popular places to visit for many workers for lunch, dinner, and drinks. Also has an upstair restaurant with an a la carte menu for lunch or dinner.

Overall great experience with plenty of drink options with tasty and delicious food.

If you are as salty as me you'll love this pub. It's almost a North Sydney establishment. About 150 years old.

I also love the craft beers on tap. There's a great selection to choose from, and the staff are always happy to help you find the perfect beer to pair with your meal.

If you're looking for a great place to eat or drink in North Sydney, I highly recommend the Rag and Famish. You won't be disappointed.

I’m quite disturbed that I got served a limoncello spritz in a flute glass… also unsure why they can’t serve a Hugo spritz when there’s st Germain on the bar.. what else do you use it for when there’s no cocktail list Disappointing.
