Nice staff very friendly. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Decent size room had plenty of space and adequate furniture. Plenty of parking. Peaceful environment. Thank you.

The receptionist are very nice and friendly , but the hotel rooms are very old , the beds almost broken , mould , humadity, all the broken furniture is collected in one of the courtyard, they don't even want to spend money to get rid of their rubbish. One star is too much for this motel , but again very nice employees .

It's an interesting accommodation hub. All sorts of people make it a social community. The staff are friendly and work hard to maintain the property. The second stay , we arrived to find a professional medium sized film crew set up with the catering, security, tech support,etc. All good.

The moment I stepped onto this establishments grounds I was greeted with that old fashioned buoyancy of Country nostalgia. Front the Porch lighting to the radiantly lit smile on reception to the information given needed for my entire stay to the rooms being a slice of heaven gone untouched in all the right ways. Now this is living, the Hyatt or the Ritz has nothing on this little gem. But being woken up at 11pm by an adjoining drunk temant and having adjoining neighbours blow weed smoke through my bathroom window as a recovering addict really placed a damper on the eat pray love their attempting to mask

I am going to say the people who run it are very kind and do resolve some issues which arose professionally and quickly. However, the place would be much better if the smaller things were attended to.

Housekeeping do take to long to get through each room. Then don't attend to the longer studying residents when they're needed. The maintenance man stood in my door way more than 4 hours doing his duties and I felt uncomfortable. then I had him in my room for a long time attending to a smoke alarm I felt uneasy. I had no screen on my window and my window did not even lock. he was told about that but did not even attend to. The guests left an oven on and I found it to be burning the wall lucky I turned it off. they never turned off the gas and had to switch this off due to smelling gas from my room. 8 hrs left on. My curtains were half off the hooks carpets were melted from burn marks. air conditioner was making horrible noise and needed maintenance. Restaurant never open.

Link2Home sent me which I appreciate but it's very outdated. I heard people fight about, talk about and use drugs all night. TV remote and heater didn't work. The fridge didn't close properly and there was mould on the walls and roof. But I shouldn't complain.

Currently staying at the town and country hotel. Pool is cloudy, TV only has sbs, bathroom flood's, front desk told me I made a complaint about something last night and I was checking out today, when I asked for the TV to be fixed!! Drug addicts knocking on my door multiple times!!! Getting consumer affairs onto this joint!!!!!!! Hopefully they get shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner was fixing the TV and saw my review. He then started to confront me about my review. I asked him to leave the room several times with me getting becoming concerned he wouldn't leave my room, until I threatened to call the police!!! Nice customer service Town and Country Hotel. Consumer affairs will have a field day with you.
